Google5Wish I could give 10 stars for this company. After a very bad experience with another company, I called Brian Smith and left a message. He got back to me very quickly. I explained my problem and he said he'd need to order a part and get back to me. He did get the part, called me and set up a time for the next day. He came within 5 minutes of when he said he would. He was great, and although spending more time than expected, he still charged me the reasonable price that he had quoted. I highly recommend Brian to anyone looking for help with garage doors.

Google5Working with Brian is a real pleasure. Brian installed our garage door almost a year ago and it has worked very well. Recently we noticed an odd issue, Brian came over within an hour to assess and address the situation, no charge. While Brian was at my home I mentioned that I thought the garage door opener was getting old and loud. Brian replaced the opener, same day, with a modern and extremely quiet "smart" opener for a very reasonable price. Brian stands behind his work, is reasonably priced, and is attentive. I couldn't ask for more; highly recommend!

Angi5Project went great. I obtained three quotes and Brian was very informative, competitive, and punctual. Brian’s installation schedule was flexible, showed up on time, removed and took away the old doors and installed the new doors. He and his colleague left the job site immaculate. Google5We have a pretty old (30+ years) automatic garage door system which has required service and repair from time to time, and Brian has always been able to fix the problems promptly. His service is excellent--reliable as well as very reasonable. He has usually been able to get out to us the same week that we've called him. If you have garage and other door servicing needs, I highly recommend him.

Google5Excellent experience Brian called me back within 15 minutes and because he was in the area was at my house within a half hour. Four other company's I called either didn't call back and one left a number that wasn't in service. Upon arrival Brian quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly repaired the door with parts he had in his service vechical. Pros: Prompt response Professional and knowledgeable Resonable pricing Repairs made quickly, no delay for parts Cons: None I would highly recommend Brian for any of your garage door needs

Google5Brian was great. My garage door stopped working. He came right over, diagnosed the problem in a minute, gave me a quote. He was able to do the job on the spot and a couple of hours later I had a new garage door opener. I thought his price was very good. Would definitely use him again and recommend him to friends.

Angi5It went as well as expected since I had Brian here before and his service at that time earned him a call for the new garage door opener. Brian explained the difference between a belt drive unit and a more economical chain drive alternative. I pretty much had it in my mind what I wanted and went with the belt drive with the battery back up (I'm tired of moving the door by hand during power outages) and also with wi-fi capability that lets me know when i forget to close the door! Obviously it was a more expensive alternative but well worth the money in my opinion. I'm bringing Brian back soon to replace the springs and the weather stripping which are also 20+ years old. Services Rendered: Replacement of my 20+ year old chain-drive garage door opener. Replaced with a belt drive unit with battery backup and wi-fi capability.

Angi5Great, new weatherstripping, new remote, new opener and I added a side mounted opener on the external side of the garage door. Best part (which I recommend please please to all tradesmen) is Brian's responsiveness. We had some coordination issues, but he followed through and kept in contact. Angi5Brian was excellent -- scheduled a visit promptly to assess my repair job, and delivered a quote to replace my garage door on the spot. I was looking for an economical option, and was pleased that he did not try to over-sell me on the garage door. Worked with me on getting the door ordered, and scheduled the door installation at a time that was convenient for me. The work was superlative, and very affordable: $700 to remove and dispose of the old door and install the new one. It looks and works great! I am very pleased, and would gladly hire Brian again for any garage door issues. Highly recommended! Services Rendered: Replaced garage door
