Google5I would like to give a big thank you to Ken and Bob at Down East Doors for doing a great job installing my new garage doors. They were very courteous and professional, right down to the minor details making sure everything was adjusted correctly. They look and operate perfectly. When they were finished and old doors were loaded up for disposal they made sure that all was right and I was happy with everything. It was so refreshing dealing with contractors that really do care about their customers. I highly recommend them for next garage door needs. I give them a five star rating!!

Google5I called Down East Doors late in the day when the garage door for one on my tenants broke down and did not allow my tenant to get their work truck out of the garage. I was referred to several other companies in the garage door business and they offered no assistance whatsoever. Ken at Down East answered the call, came to my building after hours, and made the repair. The door operates perfectly now and I have a happy tenant. I can't thank Down East enough for the quick response and the excellent work and solution they provided. I have already referred them to several of my friends!

Google5I highly recommend Down East Door for your garage door needs. Ken and Bob were very professional, did an excellent job on an old garage, and did it quickly. This is my second job with Ken and he will always be my first call on any garage door needs I may have.

Google5Ken is a true professional and always puts safety first. He brought my overhead doors up to code at a reasonable price and they are running smoothly! I would recommend him to anyone.
