This is a 10 star review!! Ed of Haley Doors is no.1. Ed is very professional, knowledgeable and his character is second to none! I contacted Ed regarding my broken garage door for repair. Upon arrival he said I had custom garage doors and that they were about 30 to 40 years old. After his inspection he stated that he did not have the parts for these old timers, but gave me a name of a company in Portsmouth, NH that could do it. I did not call this company that day. Later that evening around 10:00pm I received a text from Ed stating that if I had not called the company he referred me to, he would do the job that Saturday morning. He told me he did not want two young workers from this company to come over and quickly replace a couple things then leave. Then have my door break again shortly there after. That is character! Ed arrived Saturday morning and took care of the job...and did he ever!! He had the parts, inspected everything and replaced everything needed for a perfect quiet operating door! Ed is extremely fair with the price of his work! Ed has a customer for life with me and I will refer as many people as I can! Ed is very personable and takes his work very seriously......and it shows upon completion! Don't make an expensive mistake choose Ed, you will not be sorry!!
