Google1I would recommend not using K&S for your overhead door repair. Initial appointment was not first thing as promised but happened hours later at lunchtime. Agreement was made to come back next morning to do the repair. Didn't happen and there was no notification. Texted in the afternoon and was told something else came up that was more important than my repair. Buyer beware and it's not unreasonable to expect your contractor to show up and do the repair at a time they've set. There are other options out there that don't leave you taking off work and waiting around. Good luck and don't use this company.

Google5Called K & S at 7:30am, arrived mid afternoon same day, replaced a shredded cable and had the door back in shape in an hour. Very reasonable repair and very timely. Highly recommend!

Google3I called K&S for an estimate for a new garage door opener. Keith, the owner, promptly came out to provide an estimate. I approved the work and he said it would be a few weeks. He never called to do the work and did not return my calls to find out if he was still going to do the work as agreed.

Google4K and S installed my doors and openers 4 years ago. Nice doors, nice openers, nice job. Since then, many issues with Liftmaster openers. They came today and replaced them. Hopefully better luck going forward.

Angi5K & S responded quickly to our service request: I called at 9, he responded at noon, and the appointment was made for 3. Greg came promptly and had the whole thing fixed within 45 minutes. We're glad to have the door working again, and are pleased with the quick and friendly service. Services Rendered: K & S replaced the extension springs on one of our garage doors, and lubricated the other.

Google5I called this guy for repair of one of my garage doors. He made an appointment for the next day. He showed up right on time, and diagnosed the problem in about a minute. He also spotted a problem with the second garage door, and fixed that, all with one house call. He knows what he is doing, and fixed everything within an hour. I highly recommend this business.

Google5One of the door springs on my garage door broke on a Saturday night. I called K&S and left a voicemail Sunday morning. I got a call back shortly and a tech drove over and did a temporary repair that day. Door was serviced and fixed on the following Tuesday. Great service. Would recommend highly.

Angi5I called them and they where out in 24hrs to look and my current door and it was clear I needed to replace it. He gave me two options. Both was realistic and it was refreshing to have options. They installed the old opener in less than an hour. They even discarded the old one for me. Very easy transaction and would call on them again. Services Rendered: They assessed the current opener and deemed it was trashed. Did a awesome job.
