excellent job! Services Rendered: We needed the door openers replaced. We had just bought the house, only to find the openers worked erratically. Overhead Door was quick to the scene to diagnose and replace (when they came in) the openers. Only 3-4 days total. Very professional.

From sales to installation, the process was exceptionally smoothly and everything happened as was originally scheduled and promised. Communication was excellent, advice from the estimator was spot-on, the quality of the doors even better than what we expected and the installation was EXPERT. The doors look fabulous, work perfectly, and the installer did a much better job than what we could have done ourselves. We are so glad that we decided to outsource this service and we highly recommend this company. Services Rendered: Removal of old door and associated materials. Installation of 2 new doors.

I then emailed Kevin on two separate occasions and no reply. I called the office on May 26 2015 and I spoke with a lady who tried to look up my home address to review the notes. No notes, no quotes. She went on to explain that Kevin was on vacation and he would return to the office the following day and he would follow up with me - No call, no email, no follow-up. June 1, 2015 I called the office again and then placed on hold for approximately 15. Jay from the Portsmouth office was in the Manchester office assisting - My lucky day, right -Wrong! After another 10 minutes on hold, Jay tells me that "the installer" needs to come out to view the garage doors because there is a question about installing openers because there are none there now. I then explained, yes there are openers there now and I am looking for a quote to replace the garage doors and then openers as they are 30 years old. Dead silence for about 30 seconds. Jay begins to explain how there was bad reception, etc. To top it all off, Jay wants to rush an installer to the house tomorrow morning to perform the inspection. This wasn't a question, nor asking if it were convenient but of "he can be out there tomorrow!". I explained that this needs to be scheduled in advance and rushing someone out on their timeline is not going to work. I asked if we could schedule this for an evening, a week, 2 weeks a month from now and Jay explained that that wont work for them. To be clear, you are reading the short version of this. At this point, I told Jay that I was going to end the call and his response, "I will call you tomorrow morning". Services Rendered: On March 26 2015 Kevin, the only sales agent in the Manchester office (which is located in Londonderry and literally 5 minutes from my residence) came to the house to inspect the garage doors and openers and provide a quote for new units. This was the only time I heard from anyone from this company.
