One of the torsion springs on our double garage door broke. I got several quotes and OHD Concord was less expensive than all. One quote I go wa from a scam company who tried to install junk and convince me I needed a new opener motor!. OHD guys were a relief after that. Very professional. Arrived when they said and did great work quickly. They also fixed a couple of other issues I had been procrastinating on with the doors. Door and opener working great after they left.
The two gentlemen they sent out - Matt and Zack were very helpful and polite. Job was done quickly and well !

Excellent service. I called for repairs to an electric garage door opener and keypad. I got an appointment for two days later. The technician, Colin, arrived a few minutes early(!), and he was terrific. He fixed the problems we had and everything came out exactly as I would have wanted. All-in-all I'd highly recommend them, and Colin in particular.
They installed my garage doors a few years ago and no issues! When I backed into one of my doors they were quick to fix and the cost was less than expected.
I bought a new sagging 16 ft door. I asked two times for a steel re-inforcement bar at the bottom to eliminate the sagging. They said no. Does not open and close continuously. Weatherstripping installed wrong, you can see clear light at night m where the weatherstripping is barley touching the door. The rep says I should have paid most of the 3600.00 they charged me before they fix the door since it "has a 1 yr warrantee"..........
Techs are great! It's the customer service that sucks. The lady that answers to take appts is rude and needs interpersonal skills classes for sure..she for is losing customers for this company, hence, we've moved onto a more people orientated company.
I had originally dropped a low rating on this company because of the huge time delay in getting our custom garage doors installed in our new home. However, the company did work with us to find a similar style so we could close up the house and get a CO. What really prompted me to change this to 5 stars is the responsiveness and friendliness of the service technician. Prompt, professional, friendly and he went out of his way to bring a part back the same day. Thank you!
They installed a very sharp colonial looking insulated steel door. It is very nice. I went with the Liftmaster opener motor. They did a great job, no issues at all.
I am reviewing overhead doors on Manchester, by the looks of it, a branch of a regional company. I called for an estimate on a regular garage door, nothing fancy. After waiting an hour on the day they were to show, I called to find out my appointment wasn't in the system (sketchy). I had made the appointment with the "supervisor". After putting him on he said he completely forgot....... Anyway, I waited for him to show up. When he did he had a car full of friends and made the estimate in about 5 minute. He told me they'd have an estimate to me by the end of the day. Never heard from them again..... Needless to say my garage door is still busted, but on a plus note I did install security cameras on my property. I'd say stay away from them, but most likely they'll stay away from you.

They were very professional and helpful. They were done within an hour without any issues. I was pleasantly happy with the results and it has made our life so much easier. Services Rendered: Put in two new overhead garage door openers and greased the frames.
