My garage door was not working for several months. I tried a few things but was unsuccessful. I called Timberline and Kyle arrived within 15 minutes of my phone call. He diagnosed the issue in one minute and fixed it within 3 minutes. He was very friendly and clearly explained the issue.
Kyle came over to repair our garage door within an hour of my call. He fixed the problem (replaced a spring) and then spent some time checking out both doors, lubricating the rails and even replaced the bulbs in the opener unit. He did a great job, and what impressed me the most was his professionalism and pride in what he did. I cannot recommend his service too highly!!
