After interviewing 3 roofing companies we decided to hire Valley Overhead Doors. Chad, the owner, was the only one of the 3 that explained in detail the pros and cons of the different types of Garage doors that were available. He actually came to our project twice before we decided and made the commitment to go forward with him. He was very professional and patient with all our questions. He showed up on time as we scheduled. Unlike most contractors who will send out a sales rep, and then send a "crew" to the the work. Chad is the owner and does the install himself. He is experienced, conscientious, respectful, meticulous with his work and the most reasonably priced in the area. ! Hard to find that combo. we HIGHLY recommend Chad and Valley Overhead Door. My wife and I are returning customers. We flipped a house that had a terrible garage door and had Chad replace it for us. That job was complexed as it had poured concrete ceiling and Chad made a neat frame with a door opener bracket. He was neat at the job site and timely. Very efficient organized install. I choose Chad because I'm a fussy person and I could tell when I first met him the way his truck was organized and how he described the job He was a quality installer. I wanted someone that would do the job like he was doing it on his own house and that is what I feel like I got. Very pleased with the install. I highly recommend Chad! I needed to replace an old door that happened to be an odd size. His price was reasonable and the quality of installation was supreme. He intalled a high "R" rated door for me with the opener. The garage is under a concrete slab and he was able to place the opener with a mount bracket that he had to modify. It was installed neatly and professionally! I wish all contractors would work this way... great job!
We love our garage doors and openers! Our door openings were not standard size, but Chad was great with offering recommendations and suggestions. His work was fantastic and his customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend Chad and Valley Overhead Door!
Had two new replacement doors and two new Genie Motors installed in May 2013. The doors are excellent quality as are the openers. Chad did a great job of installing the doors. The quality of his work is great. The communications were exceptional and the craftsmanship of the work is fantastic. I am very happy with my experience with Valley Overhead door.
