BBB5Jim from Automatic Door Company came out to my house in Milford this morning and did a fabulous job reattaching garage door motor that fall off the ceiling bracket and made it look so easy. Very professional job kept me informed and explained the cause of my issue. The repaired was completed less than 20 minutes, highly recommend Automatic Door Company, reliable and efficient. Google5After having a really bad experience with another door contractor who gave us excuse after excuse why he couldn't show up, he then ran off with our deposit and left us with a broken door spring for two weeks. I eventually called ADC on Monday morning. My call was immediately retuned by Kevin who promised me with an appointment the next day! 9:00AM Sharp, Matt was calling to confirm his appointment. We were greeted with a smile and professionalism as he agreed to look at our broken spring. He immediately assured us he would have the issue fixed before he left! Even with casual conversation, he explained everything he was doing and still completed the repair under an hour! I would highly recommend ADC for all you garage needs, Kevin and his crew are true professionals!

Google5I have purchase two new garage door openers from Kevin. Not at the same time, mind you, because when the first one failed, Kevin told me the other one could probably go another couple years with just some cleaning and adjustment. When my main spring failed, his crew installed another one without delay. And when the second unit finally failed, his tech Matt installed a new one and programmed our cars and a spare remote in record time. When I called him today for help programming the Homelink in my wife's new car, he gave me the inside scoop over the phone, and I got it programmed the first try. These guys know their craft and do great work. Not out to fleece people.

Angi5I needed a new garage door on a home I'm renovating in Trumbull. Bob, the owner of the company, took a lot of time explaining the options to me and drove me past some of the other doors he installed in the neighborhood. I needed a large custom size door about 17 feet long. When it came time to install the door, they gave me plenty of notice and showed up on time. Bob installed it himself. Its a very clean installation and the door is amazingly quiet. I'm very happy with this company and highly recommend them. Services Rendered: Installation of a new garage door.

Google5Kevin and Matt were very professional and timely and showed me options for "carriage house door" styles. My garage is 100+ years old with many irregularities -- I wasn't sure it could be fitted with a modern door, but the new door they installed opens perfectly and silently. It feels great to update to a high tech automatic door on an historic house.

Google5I called & spoke with Kevin in the late morning to see if I could get someone to come out and look at my garage door opener as it wasn't working. He advised all his crews were out on jobs but would get back to me around 12:30. At 1:00 I received a call from Matt advising he'd be at my house within 15 minutes. Not only are these guys great with their customers but they get the job done and explain everything to you. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Google5We had a broken spring on our garage door. Called two different vendors with no return phone calls before I found Automatic Door. They returned my call within a 1/2 hour and had someone out to the house that same day to look at the job. I believe the person I spoke with was Kevin and the technician that actually did the work was Kyle. Both very professional and honest people - price quoted over the phone was within the range they charged us and they went above and beyond to get the job done quickly and did an excellent job! I would highly recommend these folks!

Angi5Great! On-time, efficient, effective service done inexpensively. Door works fine! I was especially impressed with how complete a set of spare materials the tech had on the truck, and how fast and obviously experienced he was. Services Rendered: Garage door was non-working, crooked, sensor and track misaligned, and had not operated for many years. Work was largely adjustment repairs that took a while including replacing a number of minor materials plus the bottom seal - technician was great, knew just what to do, worked quickly, and had all the tools and materials he needed to do it with.

Angi5PERFECT! SO HAPPY I FOUND HIM ON ANGIE'S LIST!!! Kevin went out of his way to go over pricing trying to keep the costs down. He valued my time, was there when he said he was going to be there AND he made sure that everything was completed before my big day. His staff was great and the job was perfect. Angi5I called on a Saturday at 9am and the door was fixed and repaired by Jim before 1030. Jim explained issues about the door and replaced broken part immediately. He was very professional would call again. Services Rendered: Our garage door spring broke on a Saturday morning and was fixed in 2 hours

Google5Kevin and his team were extremely responsive and helpful. I have very old doors and they were so loud and I was considering replacing them but Kevin suggested replacing the springs and pulleys instead because it would less expensive but would still make the door motion quieter and smoother. He didn't oversell and explained everything that he did. I highly recommend Automatic Door Company!
