Google5I am impressed with the professionalism , quality of work and price. I had 4 other companies come and give quotes, most of them didnt even look at the size spring needed. Just tossed out a price one was 4x more. Bob and Ray are knowledgeable, reliable and honest. I would highly recommend them.

Google5If you are in their service area and have an issue with your door or need replacement, call Bob & Ray first. I called on a Thursday, they inspected on Friday and completed the service Saturday. For several hundred dollars LESS than I expected. They didn't try to oversell me, listened to my concerns and very professionally closed it out. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Google5If there were the possibility of giving six stars here I would. Bob & Ray installed my garage doors and they did a perfect job. Not nearly perfect--perfect. It's so great to work with contractors who are both experts and so professional. (Like everyone, I've had my problems with contractors.) Art installed them, and he's terrific at his job. He's also nice to work with. It's my opinion that B&R is the best garage door company in the state. Maybe the entire country. Maybe, even, the whole planet.

Google5Bob and Ray Overhead Doors was AMAZING for my 86yo mom. She was about to pay nearly $4000 to replace both garage doors, when they came in with their honesty and assessed her garage door damage then fixed it right then and there. No need to replaace anything. Thank you Bob and Ray!!!!

Google5I had to hire Bob & Ray twice in the past few months. First time to change old motors to the new ones and second was an emergency to fix broken garage door. Both times they were professional and quick.

Google5Emailed regarding issues with garage door opener. Got right back to me and had someone out the next business day. Joe had a new unit completely installed very quickly. Very pleased with customer service and the knowledge and professionalism. Would highly recommend Bob & Ray!

Google5Used Bob and Ray for repair of 2 doors and install openers recently. Pricing was very fair, work was done well and in a very timely manner. Overall from estimate to install everything was smooth. I was so happy with the service I called them a few weeks later for a door and opener install at another property. Same experience. Quick turnaround on estimate, order and installation. Can't ask for more and nice to support a local business. Will highly recommend them to anyone who needs good quality work at a reasonable price.
