Quality Overhead Door is a fantastic company to work with and I would highly recommend them to anybody. My house has original, old wooden garage doors that we wanted to keep, but were not functional. After calling many different companies in the area for quotes, TJ came by and educated us about the process and our options, and it turned out their pricing was the best around. I was skeptical to go for the lowest price alone, so I reached out to Quality Overhead with questions prior to starting. Everybody at Quality Overhead Door was extremely responsive, even on weekends or after hours. The glowing reviews online sealed the deal for us. TJ and the owner Billy came today to install the garage door openers and get our dangerous and defunct garage doors working as good as new. They were punctual, helpful and communicative, and they did amazing work. I cannot recommend them enough, and will be using for any future garage related calls!

My garage door broke late Saturday evening. I left a message for Billy who got back to me first thing Monday morning. I wasn't exactly sure what the issue was, but did my best to explain that i did notice a coiled spring that was in two pieces. His experience essentially allowed him to accurately diagnose the issue over the phone. He was able to come out that same day and fix the broken tension spring and cables before I even got home from work. Didn't break the bank either. I would highly recommend Billy and Quality Overhead Door LLC to anyone needing garage door work!

This afternoon at around 1:00 PM, my husband was rushing to leave for work and drove into the garage door before it finished opening. It was stuck in the open position. After a quick Internet search and checking reviews, I decided to call Quality Overhead Door and spoke with Kelly, who told me she would track down the owner and see if he could get to us today. She called me back within 10 minutes and told me the owner and another repairman were on their way to our house. By 3:00 PM, the gentlemen from Quality Overhead Door had not only fully repaired our garage door but also replaced the rubber strip along the bottom of the garage door and made sure everything was lubricated and working perfectly! Thank you to this wonderful company for repairing our garage door so quickly, efficiently and for providing excellent customer service!

Quality Overhead and Billy were recommended to me by our realtor. We have a garage that has both front and back doors that were original to the 1966 house and definitely tired. Billy came out to have a look and noticed the rear door was one foot narrower than the front - glad he came out first - I never would have noticed. Installation was PERFECT - on time for the quote, on time for both deliveries and installs, price was as quoted, and service was really outstanding. Highly highly recommended! Thanks Billy!!!

Price was good compared to other. Billy got a call and came in the next day to fix a broken spring on my garage door. I mentioned a squeaky hard to close on the other door and he made some adjustments and greasy the door and it is moving much better now (no charge for it). He also took away every trace of the broken motor and old track, sensors, keypad, etc. And he made sure that I had his contact information in case I had any follow-up questions or problems with the new system. I can't recommend Billy highly enough. (The cost included with this review is for the so-called elite system; there were several different levels of options as Billy explained.) On the first visit, Billy was patient, very knowledgeable, and had various photos and samples to provide context in our choices. Through this process, Billy discovered that our door opening is non-standard but with a standard double-wide door - explains alot of the rubbing against the frame and other issues. Since our daughter's room is over the garage, we went with a custom sized Clopay with the thickest insulation/R-rating. I think this has even made a difference in the summer - seems to be about 10 deg cooler. The opener was a Liftmaster 8500W so that it would free up space in the ceiling. Overall, the outcome is an incredibly quiet, smooth operating, and more insulated door. I cannot stress how much quieter and smoother it is - from my daughter's room can barely notice the door opening now. Billy was patient and gave a tutorial to my wife, and his team was very thorough in clean up as well. Highly recommended! Services Rendered: Replace garage door and opener.

We had a great experience from start to finish. I called on a Monday to schedule an appointment and had someone at my house the next day. My primary goal was to have our remote controls looked at because they had been working sporadically or not at all. They checked out the remotes and (go figure) the remotes worked just fine, but they took the time to test them out inside the garage, outside, and part-way down the driveway to make sure that the range and sensors were working properly. They also conducted an overall service and replaced the pulleys so the garage doors open much smoother and quieter now. Such a small thing really made a huge difference! They also helped me program the keypad that we have outside our garage so I can use that to open the garage doors. I would highly recommend Quality Overhead Door. They were timely, nice, professional, reasonably priced, and most importantly - helpful! This was money well-spent. Services Rendered: Our garage remote wasn't working and we needed an overall tune-up and service.
