Angi5We sent a request for a quote and received the return phone call relatively quickly. We made an appointment for someone to come out to take a look and give an estimate and they accommodated our schedule by coming out on a Saturday. We eviews the estimate and decided to go with an upgraded door. The order was place and we were told the door would be delivered in yep to three weeks. In 3 weeks we received the call that the door was in and within a few days we were scheduled and the Technician came out to perform the install. We love the new of our new our door and the curb appeal it adds to our home. We would highly recommend Accent Doors for their great customer service and professionalism. Services Rendered: Replaced Garage door with new door.

Angi5Hired through coupon from Angie's List. Arrived, did work quickly and efficiently, and finished. Only bought for one door although we have 4 garage doors and they didn't try to sell us service for the others that are far less often used. Services Rendered: Maintenance on garage door

Angi3The employee was punctual and polite. He inspected the door and mechanism and I am still not clear what conclusion he came to. In any case he sprayed lubricant from a can on about 6 door rollers, aside from the inspection that was all the work performed. As he was preparing to go I asked him "how much do I owe you". He told me $82.00. I asked "If I order a new opener will this charge be deducted from the price". The answer was no. This whole affair left a bad taste since I was under the impression this was a free inspection and I will not be using this company again. I would advice anyone to be very sure what the terms are when dealing with them. Services Rendered: Inspect garage door and opener to see if replacement was warranted.

Angi5Caleb called me when he was on the way to my house and even arrived early which was fine with me. He promptly unloaded the items to be fixed and skillfully went right to work changing the motor and then the rubber strips and holders. He was polite and knew exactly what he was doing and finished the job as soon as possible. He also made sure that my universal remotes worked as well as the two remotes that came with the opener. He was very professional and I would highly recommend him and Access Garage Door. I will definitely hire them again the future!! Services Rendered: I had one of my garage door opener motors replaced and had new heavy rubber strips and aluminum pieces that attach to the bottom of the doors.

Angi5The phone call placed to get a price and make an appointment was pleasant. The technician called ahead of time and was on time to the appointment. He (James) was very knowledgeable and good at what he did. He explained the different features to me thoroughly and gave me pointers and dos-and don'ts on the machine. Install only happened yesterday, but so far i am pleased. Services Rendered: Installation of garage door opener (had manual previously)
