Google5We've had Juan for three different repairs to our home so far - each were wonderful experiences! He's an excellent communicator (before the job, during the job, and after), very kind & respectful, and does great work. He responded right away when we first contacted him and came a few days later. Each of the repairs were done well and he cleaned up afterwards. He does a thorough job and will explain things to you very well throughout the job - we are very grateful for that support. We highly recommend Juan at Live Better Handyman!

Google5So happy to have found Juan. He has done several jobs for us, including patching dry wall, replacing a leaky faucet, and hanging a big light fixture. We already have him scheduled for a couple more items, and he always shows up on time and provides estimates in advance.

Google5Juan has done several projects for us, including household repair work and porch repair. He is competent, professional, and dependable. He gives prompt, detailed estimates in advance (by email) and has one of us sign the estimate. He comes on time and he notifies us when he is on the way, so we always know when he will be here. He is neat and always cleans up. He occasionally has Bertha assist him. Both Juan and Bertha are very pleasant, courteous, and professional to deal with. They are also good to our dog and keep gates closed as necessary. My husband and I appreciate their work and will use them in the future. We recommend Live Better Handyman.

Google5I highly recommend Juan and Live Better Handyman Services. He was incredibly responsive, and was able to come out to provide me a same day estimate in response to my inquiry for service. By the next morning I received a formal quote and he was able to navigate his schedule to set up instillation of insulation under my home that evening. With the temperatures dropping below freezing and my water pipes being exposed, he was attentive to the urgency of my need and quick to assist with my project. He was polite, informative, efficient, and even removed the damaged insulation. I will definitely use his services again for future home repair/handyman needs.

Google5I would recommend Juan and his company without hesitation. He was responsive, professional, competitively priced and a pleasure to work with. He made great recommendations on how to best approach my project that demonstrated his experience which immediately made me trust his judgement and abilities. He brought all equipment and materials necessary to complete the job. He presented a reasonable estimate and explained all details prior to initiating work. He let me know he was insured and stood by any project that he did. He completed all work under budget, much quicker than expected and was a genuine pleasure. I will definitely be using his company again.

Google5Live Better Handyman service are very kind and good people! I called this morning about needing a fence post replace my dog had broken. They were able to fix it the same day! I will absolutely use Live Better Handyman Service in the future if I have any home maintenance needs!

Google5I am so glad I found Juan! He did a great job installing some bookshelves in my home and gave me a very reasonable quote that he stuck to. He completed the work quickly and with great care. I'd definitely hire him again and recommend his work!
