Google1I called Tuesday morning ,8:45. looking for a replacement panel. The pleasant woman said that she was the only one in the office at the time. "Can a salesman get back to you?" Anyway, 4 hours go by and nothing but crickets. I call garage door medic, bang- takes the order, issue solved. Good to know that door works didn't need an additional 500.00 that day. How they stay in business is a mystery.

Google5We had to have our entire garage door and all the hardware at our house replaced due to it literally rotting and falling apart! Called these guys and the Sales rep who came out was super friendly and knowledgeable! Then when it came time for the installer to come out.. he worked incredibly hard efficiently and got the job done super fast. Prices were also fair. Although, I don't think I'm going to be needing any more Garage door service for a long long time, I will definitely recommend this place to anyone I know if they are in need of their services!

Google5Very nice and professional over the phone to make an appoinment. I was able to get an appointment to replace my residential garage door opener within 3 business days. The technician, Andy was on-time, efficient and courteous. Andy did a very neat and clean job. Andy explained the machanics of the unit in detail and ensure I was knowledgeable regarding operating the unit. I'm very pleased with the equipment and the service provided.

Google5We just had 3 garage door motors, springs and pulleys replaced by Andres at Doorworks. Andres was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, kind and professional. His attention to detail is outstanding and his explanation of the product functions was clear and concise. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Andres, I would highly recommend him to my friends and family!

Google5Top notch from start to finish. I called on a Monday for an estimate. Sales rep came out the next day. Hernan was prompt and professional, explained in detail all of my options. We decided that I only needed openers, that my doors were in good shape. It's refreshing to have a sales person come and be honest. I worked out all of the details with Hernan and my openers were installed on Friday. Our installer, Andres, was great. He left our garage looking better then when he got there. The process was 5 days from when I called for the initial appointment. If you're looking for superb service from start to finish, DoorWorks Inc is the place to call.

Google5Excellent customer service from Sean who answered all of our questions patiently. He did a site visit as well and confirmed all the measurements so when the installation happened, everything fit perfectly. He gave an accurate delivery date and the installer was excellent at his work. Can't ask for anything more!

Yelp2Very disappointed with this project. We were quoted a price to replace a broken spring on our garage door. My wife was given an estimate for replacing the broken spring and another quote for replacing both springs. Upon the recommendation of the scheduler we elected to have both springs replaced and made an appointment. The installer came on time but sure took his sweet time with the work. Then we were surprised that the price did not include labor. We were charged for an hour and half of labor for a job that should have taken no more than 20 minutes for a professional. My wife witnessed the installer taking many breaks in his truck. When she complained she was told - the installer was there for two hours and we only charged you for 1 1/2 hours. Then they price gauge you on the parts. The replacement parts cost about 2x the price as the most expensive ones available at Home Depot and thats assuming they used the top of the line springs. We had used this company in the past and they were reasonably priced and efficient. Now they are really taking advantage of people. Would not recommend nor would we ever use this company again.

Yelp5If you are searching for a garage door company you should definitely check out the doorworks! You will not regret it! We had a such great experience with this company. First, they are very honest with the price. When I called they told me exactly the price that was advertised, good impression no gimmicks! Second, fast and flexible schedule, Valerie was so sweet and helpful on the phone, I called the in the morning, the job was completed in the afternoon, great customer service! Last but not least, the technician Tom did wonderful job he's very patient and knowledgeable, best of all he really cares and wanted making sure we get the right service we need. Job description: replaced opener, rebuild the whole system. Price: lowest from three estimates. Motor brand: Liftmaster, price includes institution. I trusted this brand because Costco has this brand as well. We are very satisfied with the experience. Aga, thank you Tom and Valerie, I've already left review on Google but don't mind writing again on Yelp.

Google5We have a home from the 1930s that came with an old garage door that was loud and unsealed. Door Works came, replaced the doors, motor, keypad and cleaned up the debris and left the house as though nothing happened. We are thrilled with our new and improved (and quiet!) garage door. One thing to be aware of is the lead time on garage doors has been pretty long (in the industry in general....due to Covid, not them specifically). We waited a few months before we got our installation date, but if you're not in a hurry, they are totally worth the wait.

Google5When my 16' garage door became misaligned and wouldn't shut I called Doorworks. They installed the door 22 years ago. The Receptionist was pleasant when I made the appointment. Andres was awesome. He called ahead and kept me posted of his arrival time. He made adjustments to the door and tuned it up nicely. He provided options for me and maintenance advice. I'm glad I called them for service. They provided Excellent customer service. I wish more businesses were this nice to deal with. I recommend them highly. Thank you

Yelp5I called them because they were one of the authorized LiftMaster repair companies in the area. I am extremely happy that I did. Edward arrived on time, made the repairs, lubricated the tracks/rollers and left a happy customer 40 minutes later. Great job!

Yelp5My garage door was acting up, and since Door Works has done work for me before, I gave them a call for service. Without hesitation, Trudy sent a technician over within 30 minutes!! The tech came over, diagnosed the small issue (missing bolt) and had it fixed in no time. Excellent service all around. Highly recommend!

Yelp5I called Door Works on Thursday to inquire about installing (2) garage door closers. Trudy was very helpful and after a few options I agreed on a package. Job was confirmed on Friday and schedule for the next day (Saturday). Now that's fast service! Andy showed up on time and was fantastic. He removed (2) old units, installed (2) new units, a keypad and showed me and my wife how to use a free mobile app that allows us to open and close the doors from anywhere. I would HIGHLY recommend Door Works and make sure you request Andy as your tech.

Yelp5Every time I have an issue with our garage doors, I am always really pleased by the service I receive from DoorWorks. The customer service is always reliable - the person who answers the phone is professional, courteous and I they are very accommodating with scheduling. The best part, however, is the actual service I get. I have had the same man come and repair (a different issue both times) the garage doors and he is just great. He's pleasant, knows what he is doing and does a great job. The pricing is always reasonable. I will definitely continue to use DoorWorks!

Installation was scheduled for 8am arrival. 8am he was in the driveway. Very professional, knowledgeable, organized and respectful. Installation and cleanup was on point. I highly recommend them.

Angi5Neil immediately answered call and we scheduled the visit the same day. We were initially going to get several quotes, but were satisfied with his and told him to proceed with the job. He offered free estimates. He ordered the part and made the repair efficiently. Neil was very pleasant to deal with and courteous. He even replaced the light bulbs inside the garage opening control box for free. I told him that I would use him in the future in the event we have issues with the second garage door. We felt the price was fair and he also offered discount on Angie's List. Very pleased and highly recommend his services. Services Rendered: The spring broke-snapped had to be replaced on one of our garage doors.
