This is a first date operation. I have had issues with one of my larger doors for sometime and was at my wits end. Called Drozic on a recommendation and spoke with Mark. He came to my home (at the end of a busy day) and diagnosed the issue. Now that is what you expect, right? Well, I have had "supposed experts" before come provide their diagnosis and found myself seeking. What made Mark's different is that he did not offer his fix on the spot, but rather asked to do his due diligence first, before providing a "fix". End result, a insightful and researched plan which yielded a "10" fix! Mark and the team at Drozic has my full endorsement, if you are looking for reliability and expertise...I would make the call.
I highly recommend Drozic Overhead Door to install or service your garage door. Communication was open, the work was efficient, and price very reasonable. We love our new garage door immensely. A lot of work went into replacing the old door and tracks, and Mark and his son took their time to get the job done right. My wife Jenna said she wishes we would have called years ago. I concur.

wonderful contractor! very well priced and stick to their quote. He had to come to find the model of the garage torsion spring and then came back again to fix it. Got it done in two days!

Mark installed two new beautiful garage doors that look great on our house earlier this year. The one door gave us a slight issue with the extreme cold weather this week...Mark called us back right away and was able to help my husband over the phone fix the issue. Drozic comes through once again! They promptly responded to emergency call and repaired garage door that wouldn't open. They really deserve this A rating. When I left a message Mark called back in a few minutes. He was able to come by in an hour and a half. (Not days later like the competition.) he and his helper fixed the door to work better than it was before it broke. Their price was 1/2 what the competition quoted us. He also explained the work they did and answered questions fully. I will definitely call him back when we are ready for a new door opener. Mark was excellent. We awoke one morning and our cars were "trapped" in the garage. Mark asked a few questions about size of door, etc to make sure he had the right parts, and he was over a short while later. He replaced the broken cable and springs, but more importantly, he identified the faulty installation (by another company used by previous owner) that caused the problem. He repaired the other company's mistakes. Our garage door has never worked better! From the beginning it was a great experience. It's a family operated business so you feel good about supporting them. Mark knew the business and never tried to sell you something you didn't need. Not only did Mark provide the estimate but he also installed the door. Mark called when he said he was going to call and showed up when promised. No drama. I know the company did a few other garage doors in the neighborhood and all were happy. I would recommend them highly.
