These guys are aces in my book! They changed the mechanism in our first door last year and we called them when the second door started to fail this month to put their magic touch on it. Both doors are working perfectly with their own individual remotes. Mordi is a professional and has the demeanor of a gentleman as well. You won't be sorry using his company!!!

Mordi and the team did an excellent job! Easy to make an initial appointment. They showed up when they said they would, followed up, kept me informed, and even did some trouble shooting at no additional cost. We ended up having to replace the motor, but was happy to have them do it. I wish they offered other services just so I could experience this level of great service with other repair and maintenance items on my list for the house. Thank you to H&O. Great job and great service.

Call and they came out the same day and gave an estimate. Scheduled and appointment for a few days later I had a new garage door with all the hardware. They were very professional and did an outstanding job. If you need this type of work done I highly recommend them.

H&O did a great job replacing my 70 year-old garage door. The workers removed the old door and installed the new one within a few hours. They even cleaned up the area and took away the old door. If you need to replace your garage door look no further than H&O. Great job Mordi!

Mordi did an excellent job installing two garage door openers in my garage that didn't have existing tracks. I had bought the openers on my own and he only charged me for labor. He's an honest and fair tradesman - didn't try to upsell me, surprise me with hidden costs or any shenanigans like that. I called around and he gave me the best price out of everyone. Not only that but he showed up exactly when he said he would, was courteous and very professional (I had to postpone our initial appointment last minute and he was very understanding of my circumstances).I am very happy with the work he did!

I called this company to install a door and they promptly showed up for estimate and installation of door. a few weeks later the door stopped working and so did the company . the owner only shows up to collect the money and sub contracts the work to someone else . They wouldn't answer my calls or text the owner blames the sub contractor and the subcontractor said " the owner ask us to go to the new jobs first to collect the money and leave the customers that need repaits last ". I wouldn't recommend this company, unless you want to wait 2-3 weeks for repairs and lots of lies from the owner and subcontractor

We had been having some issues with our automatic garage door opener for a few months. It was sometimes opening about 1 foot and then stopping. Usually it would just open regularly again after a few tries. When it finally stopped working, we gave Mordi a call and he was able to come by about an hour later. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to replace the pulleys with larger wheels more suitable for our larger garage door and changed out one of the fraying cables. He also lubricated all of the door joints for us. The full job took about 30 minutes. The garage door has been opening fine since then!

Would recommend H&O because when my husband called to set up a service call, he was asked what the problem was. My husband explained the problem and was told to check the garage door sensors before they would do a service call. He did and the problem was solved. Saving a service charge. Honest and helpful. Have recommended them to friends.

Fast, friendly, and professional service. I was locked out of garage when I accidentally reset the garage door opener. The first garage door service didn't bother to return my call. H&O picked up my call immediately, and gave me a time frame when they would come. He arrived when he said he would come. Resolved my problem in 15 minutes! Opened the garage door, reset the transmitter,installed keypad remote, and installed a manual key opener. They were not inexpensive, but I don't use a garage door service everyday. Saved me a lot of headaches being locked out all night

Jonathan was very nice and helped fix my garage door. They came right on time and on a Sunday too, which was great since my door could not close at all. He was able to adjust the tension of my cables, replace a pulley, as well as fix my broken wiring so that I could use my automatic door function (had not been working for more than a year now). He tested it a few times to make sure the door was working before he left. Price was fair and overall a pleasant experience. Thanks again!

Mordi, the service repair man was very friendly and answered all our questions. I contacted H&O garage repair after my father in-law's garage door wouldn't close or open via remote control. Mordi quickly came over like he said between 2-3 pm. He check the censors and notice the wires weren't having a good contact with the censor. He basically stripped some of the wire and connected back into the censor. He even grease the rails and gave us some advice on how to maintain the garage. Mordi was kind to give us a free pen and planner. I would definitely recommend Mordi to anyone who needs garage service repair.

My garage motor was making a funny noise and was not lifting or closing the door. I called H & O because I used them once before for a change of rollers and I was very satisfied. So I told him my problem and he said he would call me back because he needed to check the schedule. Well, he called within the 30 minutes and said he could be there within an hour, which he was. Diagnosed it as needing a new motor which I thought might be a possibility since it was over 20 yrs. old . He did not have the motor on the truck but said he could get it. He gave me the options of the different horsepower and their prices. Once he secured the motor, which took about an hour, he came back and installed it. Oh let me say he upgraded my horsepower and quality without charging an additional cost. These people are honest and reliable. Definetly would use again. P. S they are also very nice

Prompt, courteous, high-quality service. Replaced the garage door, hooked up a long dormant automatic opener system that another contractor had installed. The cost was exactly as quoted and the door looks great. We were very happy with the result and would definitely recommend H&O and call them again for any future service.

Mordechai came exactly on time to provide an estimate on repairing my noisy and drafty, badly in need of adjustment garage door. He seemed so knowledgable and gave me suggestions to improve the door without being at all pushy to sign up for additional work. His was the second estimate I got, because of his attitude and good explanation of the mechanics, I didn't hesitate to give him the job. He went to work immediately, finished in about an hour, had all the needed parts right in his van. I fully recommend him.

Had some serious issues with my garage door.
