New York Garage Doors recently installed a Chamberlain smart garage door opener in my home. From the moment I contacted them to set up an appointment weeks in advance, I could tell that they were very professional. The installation of the unit went very smoothly-The garage door opener works well. For some reason we had an issue with the myQ app and the smart connectivity for the garage door. Guy -the owner of New York Garage Doors -refused to accept payment for the garage door until this glitch was fixed-in fact he personally came to my home to troubleshoot the problem until it was working perfectly. Certainly the customer service was phenomenal here and I recommend this business without reservation.

Our Garage door spring went yesterday and we called this company to come and repair it as well as replace the other spring that would likely have also broke. They were absolutely awesome, friendly and very helpful in that they quoted a fair price, had the materials with them and did the work super quick and were very courteous to myself and my wife. Would use them again for any garage door needs and they were super responsive and easy to book with. Simply awesome!!:)

I needed a quick fix when the garage door mount was coming off of our wall. Our car was stuck in the garage and we needed same day service. Eddie came out within 2 hours, explained the situation, got it fixed and even gave use recommendations. Extremely professional and on time. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Day after large snowfall, the owner immediately answered my inquiry on jammed garage door and shortly after, came by to release door while showing the underlying problems with old opener motor and assembly. Next day, one of their technicians installed the new components, and was helpful in explaining use and features of new system after the install. Very pleased with product and service.

First time using this company - we needed to replace our garage control because the other one got misplaced (oops). He arrived on time, was very kind and knowledgeable. He even set aside time to program my new car's garage control function. He then tested both of our garages to make sure they were operating properly. I have used the same agency for years, but now I think it is time for me to stick with New York Garage Doors whenever I need garage maintenance! Also, the price was as agreed upon - no surprises.

They were amazing! They came one day to measure and order the door and two days later it had arrived and they had installed it perfectly by 1pm. I don't understand how they did it so quickly! The door is also insulated so you can open it in the cold. I am really happy! I would definitely recommend them to anyone! We got a new garage door from NY Garage Doors last year. But this year in winters somehow it was jammed. So we called them and it was really nice of them coming on a weekend and on a day when weather was not so great.I really like their services. They fixed it and it was very quick. I bought a fixer upper house in Queens. Where the garage door was supposed to be replaced. We called NY Garage Doors for many reasons first it was very quick and second it was quite reasonable. fast ,reliable and affordable , I would like to thank guy for coming out late at night. and provide garage door repair in long island I called him at 6 PM but he still answered. He came 45 mins later to look at the problem of our garage door and tried every means possible to resolve it. He then finally diagnosed that needs to be done it was a broken spring and cable.
