Google5JB did an outstanding job of replacing my garage torsion springs and servicing both my doors. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a lot of great info on taking care of the doors. Dallas and Eric did an excellent job of replacing the bottom door seals. Great service.

Google5We had an issue with our garage door detaching from the wall. Called Apple doors and got an appt two days later. Thena follow up call to come out that day! Dallas and Eric were great. Immediately figured out the solution and got it repaired quickly. They were very friendly and professional. The service was exceptional.

Google5Brett & Kalieb did an outstanding job on the installation of my garage doors and explained everything to me regarding the process of using them, the warranty of labor and material and were very friendly and helpful in doing so. They even helped me with setting the door opener up with my vehicle so I could enter without getting out of vehicle. I can't say enough nice about them and all the staff at Apple Doors. They are awesome to deal with.

Google5Apple Door Systems located in Williamsburg, VA is a great Company!! Very easy to work with. Very quick to respond and get the job done. Dallas and Eric were awesome! Knew what they were doing, worked quickly and efficiently. I have used this Company before and have never been disappointed. Definitely recommend!

Google5Down to earth people. Guys showed up and showed out. I recommend Apple Doors to anyone. Might have to get them back out for another project soon! Love my Lifestyle garage screen door. Headed into the winter, can't wait for the spring.

Google5I desperately needed service on my squiky, groaning 10 yr old garage door. Based on recommendations of neighbors, I called Apple Door Systems. I was able to get an appointment just 2 or 3 business days later, so that was very good. Two friendly technicians came out, looked it over explained what they were going to do and answered my questions. After looking over the system, lubricating and doing some other maintenance magic, they gave me a report card on my system. Sounds like I'm in good shape. The price was great, and it gave me peace of mind that I'm not likely to get trapped in my garage when the door fails. Good experience. I'll schedule them next year and get on a regular annual preventative maintenance program. The techs were just great guys.

Google5I tried 3 other door companies before I finally got someone to provide me with a written quote and follow up service. This company was great to work with. Our new insulated doors are beautiful, both inside and out! The natural light that comes through the windows on the doors has added welcome beams of sunshine to our workouts! Thanks Apple Doors! Yelp5The staff was friendly from the first call and the service technicians were knowledgeable. They clearly explained my situation and options. Their pricing for service was very fair. They installed my new unit quickly and explained all the new features. There is a lot of technology in these new units.

Yelp4Years ago we had a door installed by Lowe's & had problems with it. We had Apple install a replacement & 2 garage doors & were pleased. They fixed a problem with the garage door when I called them. We learned if you want a door or window replaced go to a Door or Window company. Now years later we decided to replace our windows & front & back doors and went back to Apple Doors. We made an appointment for the salesperson to come by the house. Sorry to say no one showed up or called. We were disappointed. We took our business to a window & door company out of Virginia Beach. I would give them another try in the future because they could have been having a bad day.

Yelp5Salesman was very responsive and helpful. It's worth having them come out. I was not expecting it to be as affordable as it was for the features of the door that I wanted. Turned out to be cheaper installed by Apple than the big box stores wanted for just a comparable level door. Installers were courteous and on time. Doors work great and look great.

Yelp4I was very pleased with the entire process when I called Apple Door to repair a garage door that I had backed into. I called the company that had installed the door first. After 3 weeks they finally came to look at the door so they could give me a quote. Once finally receiving the quote, I learned that they had originally overcharged me and did not offer to compensate me for the overcharge after I brought it to their attention. I decided to call Apple. They immediately gave me an appointment with a technician. The technician was polite and friendly. I was told it would take two weeks to get the parts. The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 star is because after two weeks I had not heard from them and called to check on the status. I was then scheduled and the installation of parts was completed as promised. Overall, very happy with Apple and would definitely use them again.

Yelp5I purchased a garage door opener from them approximately 4 years ago. When I had to change the code on the side panel I e-mailed them to ask how to do that and the President got back to me very quickly. It was great because I didn't have to hunt for the paperwork which was who knows where! His instructions worked the first time. The garage door opener works super well.
