Google5This company is A Plus. I had a company come out the day before and they were going to charge me a lot of money to fix my garage. It did not sit well with me. So I googled and found this company. I read the reviews first and they were great. They set an appointment for me to come the very next day. When they came, they were very professional and they looked at my garage asked me a few questions and then he fixed my garage and less than 15 minutes and charged me 50% less than what the other company wanted to charge me and they didn't have to do what the other company said needed to be done. I highly recommend that you use this company. Great professional people, quick results, and reasonable prices.

Google5Matt was awesome. I've had a lot of experience with contractors/service companies in my years of homeownership. It's always great to find that person or company that treats you professionally and values your time. Matt promptly replied to my request for an appointment and communicated throughout the process. He gave a detailed explanation of what needed to be done, the cost, and time it would take. He didn't try to upsell or suggest anything that wasn't needed. He is very knowledgeable and has a ton of experience. Matt's company is the only one you need to call for you garage door needs. Once you've worked with him you'll be comfortable referring him to anyone you know who has garage door issues.

Google5Matt was quick to come out to my house for a quote when I had some minor garage door issues from the previous owner's DIY job. Fixed it quick and inexpensively, leaving the job finished like it was his own project at home. Matt is extremely professional, very helpful, and doesn't just want to take your money with new products and services. Highly recommend his company for any size garage door project.

Google5The Four Seasons team were very professional. They communicated well on schedules and plans. The project went very well, including two timely followup visits to evaluate and fully correct a minor issue with the door that arose after a few weeks operation. Highly recommend.

BBB5Four Seasons is the most honest and customer service company I have dealt with in some time. They respond to customer needs quickly and very competently with pleasant attitudes. I will continue to ask Four Seasons to do all my maintenance and repair work on my garage door in the future.

Google5Thank you Matt and the guys from Four Seasons, that's how I would like to start this review. As most people know, Norfolk is experiencing a rash of vehicle break-ins and unfortunately I fell victim to this on multiple occasions when these criminals would take advantage of my very open carport and do what they do. I knew I had to do something and the only solution was to get a garage door. Now I'm not from the area so I spent a ton of time trying to find the right place to basically mock up a frame for the door as well as install it, but how do you not call the company with a 5 solid star review? Matt came out the next day and was very friendly, professional, and even empathetic of my reasoning behind getting a garage door installed. Fast forward a couple of weeks for the door to come in and I honestly can't say anything other than wow. Ed and the other gentleman that came out for the install are absolute EXPERTS in their craft. Everything looks and fits as if the garage was built at the same time as the rest of the building! Cost was very reasonable and you can tell this company cares about it's customers. Thanks guys for the peace of mind you have brought to my home, 10/10 recommend these guys for anything garage related. I could not be happier!

BBB5Four Seasons Garage Doors repaired our garage door on a last second emergency basis which allowed us to secure our house. They came out after hours and did the repairs quickly, professionally and at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend them for all your garage door needs. I plan on having them come out this spring to do a general maintenance on our door.

Google5We had an old garage door that finally broke down-- I'm talking popped out of the tracks, and the tracks themselves popped out of the wall. We needed a complete overhaul replacement and installation. I called several different places to try and get it done ASAP--almost all of them were cold, very pushy, and wouldn't give me even a basic cost estimate unless I paid $40-60 for someone to come out to my house. Matt was hands down the nicest and most helpful person I called. Open and up front with cost estimates and time frames, free consultation, and competitive prices. I also really liked that they gave me a specific time for appointments, rather than a 2-4 hour window to expect them. Installation was a breeze-- we had a slight delay but the guy called us beforehand to let us know when to expect him. I know our situation was probably not the easiest for one person to do, but he got it done and took his time to walk us through everything he did. He had us watch the door go up and down several times from the inside and the outside, gave us some maintenance tips and showed us a couple of safety things. It's my understanding that they'll also come back to fix any issues you have in the future. Expect to wait several weeks if you need a door special ordered (other shops had this problem too, I understand it's outside of their control). We only needed a very basic insulated door and they were able to install it within a week after our consultation. While some other places I called said they could do it within a few days, I really trusted Four Seasons to get it done right-- they are so nice and professional. Just outstanding service, I can't recommend them enough.

Yelp5Nothing but compliments for this company!! I had enough of my old GDO that consistently went in and out of service... even after a solid tune up. I contacted Matt & within a week, I had a new one installed. I really appreciated how Matt took the time to explain the different types of openers that would work best for my single car garage, and wasn't looking for me to break the bank. Four Seasons Garage Doors is honest, fair and takes their profession seriously. If you are looking for a great experience, please use them!

BBB5I just want to give a shout out to Matt, Chad, and Ethan for an outstanding job repairing my garage door. Matt scoped the job and decided that this door could be repaired... what a saving for my family. The next day Chad and Ethan performed the task. Great job but also important was Matt's honesty. If 10 is the highest award then it's a big 10.

Google5The folks at Four Seasons are Professional and knowledgeable, very easy to work with. Matt helped me get the garage door I wanted with modern features (wifi and Amazon key to name a few ) and Todd was punctual and efficient on install day, getting my old garage door out and new one in in just a few hours. Thier prices are competitive, and very thorough in the details of what you are paying for. Would highly recommend them for anyone needing a repair or new garage door.

Yelp5I called them in March and thought I may need a new garage door and wanted an opener installed. The door is 25 years old and due to a beam in my garage I needed a side mount opener. They came out immediately for an estimate. He told me that he didn't think that the door needed to be replaced. Instead he replaced the rollers and hardware, saving us quite a bit. The work was done on time and it works great. We are very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.

Yelp5I scheduled a free quote through their website for a new garage door and opener and received a prompt confirmation of the appointment date and time. Naturally, a tropical storm ended up coming through the area on the day of the appointment, but Matt still arrived as scheduled and provided a quick yet very detailed estimate. The installation a few weeks later was performed by a very friendly technician by the name of Troy, and I was very satisfied with the quality of work and level of service provided from start to finish. I would suggest Four Seasons Garage Doors to anyone in a heartbeat.

I've had no issue with doors/lifters in almost two years after installation. Highly recommend Four Seasons for any garage door needs. Yelp5Love my new garage door. The old one was 20 years old. This was so easy. The salesperson was on time. His estimate of when the door arrives again was on time. Installation was a one person job. Took him a few hours but the old door was gone-- a new door w new exterior keypad and WiFi control was there instead. Cost about $2k.

Yelp5Quality customer service at its BEST! I can't be more satisfied with the repair job Four Seasons Garage Doors has given me. I called them inquiring about an estimate as far as a spring replacement and availability on when they can complete. Literally, the job got done the next day! They even asked if they could do the work the SAME DAY and take only 45 minutes however I was unavailable to be at my house at that time. Other retail services quoted me $720 to fix the issue while FSGD was honest and genuine and priced me at $345! I greatly appreciate the work that FSGD has given and WILL DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone! Real people providing honest work, for honest prices. Thanks again FSGD!

Yelp5Called Matt after finding he was recommended by others within my neighborhood. Then, I checked Yelp as I always do and gave him a call. He was so helpful on the phone and as I walked him through the issue, he stated that it was an easy fix and tried to save me some money by explaining how I could fix it myself. It did sound very easy, but I didn't want to take the chance so asked him to come by. He came the next day and fixed my issue plus fixed another last minute concern that wasn't broken, but just concerning. He was great and so helpful. I'll call him for all future garage door issues and as a realtor, he will be my first recommendation for all my clients.
