They may answer the phone 24/7, but that's about it. Called last night, as we believe our springs broke while we were out. Got a hold of them, took our info, and said next appointment was Tuesday, but then offered a 10pm-11:45pm appointment since our car was inside. No one ever called or showed up, we waited a couple extra hours. Nothing. Called the next morning to see what happened, and ask if we could get someone early to make up for it. Christina didn't apologize, or seem to much care that no one showed - instead reviewed EVERY piece of contact data on our account, placed me on hold for 2-3 min, and then proceeded to explain that it wasn't her fault or dispatch's fault, but that the tech, Nick, just didn't show (which we were already painfully aware of). Icing on top - the best they could do was to offer the same middle-of-the-night appointment tonight. All good there, thanks for nothing Precision Door.
