The technician was professional and knowledgeable. The whole process was quick and problem free. It wasn't drawn out for 2 weeks. I asked for a quote on the website at 1130am. I was contacted at 1140 am and an appointment set for 2-4pmthe same day. At 2pm the technician showed up gave me the price I liked and was doing the work by 2:30pm and was finished at 4pm. I am very happy with the work and the garage door opener itself

I called Precision Garage this morning and they could not have been nicer. The tech Jayme came out within a half hour of my call. He was very knowledgeable and up front about what was needed. He was able to repair my spring mechanism quickly and did an outstanding job. I am very happy with their prompt service and handling in such a professional manner. I highly recommend them for any garage needs.

Excellent service. I contacted them on the weekend from their website. They replied quickly and setup an appt. for the following Monday. The technician came out on time he was transparent about what needed to be repaired and gave options. I opted to replace everything. He was done in less than 3hrs. The new garage lift system is very nice. Quiet, fast, and has a lot of features. The cost was very very reasonable.

One of my torsion springs snapped. I contacted Precision for an estimate. Alex showed up and provided me with some options. He was honest and straightforward, not forcing an upsell. Once we agreed on what needed to be done, he got to work. He came prepared, everything he needed was on his truck. He was efficient and thorough. Alex is a true professional with great customer service. We are greatly satisfied with Precision Garage Door Repair! I'm glad I have my garage door back!

Lovely product - if you can get an appointment. They advertise 24/7 service. In reality it's an answering service on weeknights and weekends and they may or may not inform the front office on Monday. If you have a real, urgent need for a repair go elsewhere.

I called Precision this morning to set up an appointment to repair a belt on my garage door opener. They were able to send a technician out a few hours later. Alex, the technician, contacted me in the morning to let me know what time he would arrive. He later texted me again to let me he would be 10 minutes early. After arriving he assessed my opener and it it turns out there were more issues than I realized. The cost of repairs was around $1k. He provided an alternative of replacing the entire system (less the door) for under $2k. I agreed and he finished the job by 4pm. While I wasn't thrilled with having to replace the entire system, I am very impressed with my new smart system. Alex was fantastic. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone who needs a repair or replacement. Thank you Alex and Precision for getting this job done fast and at a reasonable price.

Very prompt in arriving. Same day service was excellent and repaired the Garage Door opener. Showed how when it was originally installed it was done at an angle that caused stress on it when it opened. The price was Very reasonable .

From start to finish, having my garage door replaced was smooth and professionally done. The tech came out first, was able to get my stuck door down and showed me options and explained everything until i had no more concerns. EXCELLENT SERVICE! Our rep Alex was super professional, patient with me throughout the whole process. He explained everything really well and did an amazing job. He had everything he needed in the truck!! That morning we Woke up with bad broken garage door openers and four hours later, after Alex's installation we have working garage doors and they are so quiet and easy to use and we have backup power now and keypads for outside for both doors! Soooo awesome! We are so pleased with our service! We would highly recommend precision garage door service!

I lost one of the remotes for the opener that Precision installed for us several years ago. I thought that the easiest way to get a replacement was to order one from Precision. That might have been easy, but it was EXPENSIVE! After my first email inquiry, I was contacted and told that the opener would be over $60.00 and installation another $80.00. I demurred. I then emailed again and asked if I could buy the remote only and skip the installation. I was told that wasn't possible, since Precision does not do retail sales. I then did some research and learned that Precision openers are made by Linear. I looked on the back of my remote, found the Linear part number, and bought one online for $20.00. I have used Precision several times in the past, and always received fine service. Due to this experience, I will use another company the next time that I need service.

They may answer the phone 24/7, but that's about it. Called last night, as we believe our springs broke while we were out. Got a hold of them, took our info, and said next appointment was Tuesday, but then offered a 10pm-11:45pm appointment since our car was inside. No one ever called or showed up, we waited a couple extra hours. Nothing. Called the next morning to see what happened, and ask if we could get someone early to make up for it. Christina didn't apologize, or seem to much care that no one showed - instead reviewed EVERY piece of contact data on our account, placed me on hold for 2-3 min, and then proceeded to explain that it wasn't her fault or dispatch's fault, but that the tech, Nick, just didn't show (which we were already painfully aware of). Icing on top - the best they could do was to offer the same middle-of-the-night appointment tonight. All good there, thanks for nothing Precision Door.

You can't order parts such as a keypad. That way they hit you for a service call and the installation price. Universal keypads don't work with their products.

Had a broken spring on one of my two doors. Nick from Precision came for repairs. I decided to replace both door's springs. Nick was professional and quick and both doors have never been quieter. Prices were reasonable. I highly recommend.

Well let me start off where it all began. I ordered my new garage door and garage door opener in January of 2021. I was quoted 8 weeks till the door would be installed. Then the nightmares started. First Mary called in early March saying the door was in and they were ready to install so we set a date for a few days later only to get a late night text from Mary starting the door had not come in and they would have to wait to reschedule. Then the next week Mary called again to say the door was in and set a install date a few days later. Well a few days later Mary calls and says the door didn't come in but this time she was going to have sales representative call me to explain the circumstances. Of course his story was completely different then Mary at Precision. Based on his call, I didn't expect delivery till at least another month, but low behold Mary calls again soon and says the door is in, I put my eyes on it and we are ready to install. She said she would do it whenever it was convenient for me. So I set up for that Friday to install. Each time they scheduled a install date I took off that day for them which amounted to 3 days of no pay and I could not go into work after taking the day off. I explained this to her her and asked for some concessions on the cost of the door, they gave me back about 10 percent off the cost but was no where near the equivalent of the money I would have made had I worked when they told my door was to be installed. I asked for 10 percent more and she said she would get back to me but of course she never did. The door got installed although they have terrible housekeeping, I was just glad to get it over with. I paid a few days later and then almost 2 months after the door install, Mary contacts me again saying the credit card company they used didn't accept the money off my card and they needed to recharge me. Come on does it ever end with this company. I told her I needed to insure my bank didn't release the funds, but of course she was inpatient and kept emailing me saying she was going to recharge my card and emailed me like 10 timeS. Then she just recharged my card without even a phone cAll. Something is fishy with this business and the reviews seem to attest to this.

Used Precision to replace two aging construction grade year cheap single bay doors with a nicer quality insulated product. They've been very communicative, professional, and have good products. Had an issue with my new installation and they were able to come out next day and check something for me.

This was a great experience from the start---the receptionist was friendly and helpful, and lined up a next day appointment. Jeff called when he was on his way and arrived as scheduled. He heard my concerns and explained what needed fixing and why, and incorporated my cost issues to arrive at a price that was reasonable and fair. He made sure I knew the cost, why he recommended, and how long the repairs would take. He and his partner worked quickly and professionally and had the job done exactly in the time he had estimated. He went over the repairs that had been made, showed me the new parts that had been installed, and ensured I understood how to operate everything properly and safely. Further, he assured me that if I have any questions, they are open 24/7 and will help. Great confidence in Jeff and very grateful for his/his partner and Precision Garage Door's help!
