Outstanding team, great sales staff, excellent installation staff with a can-do attitude! I have a 1927 3 car garage that needed a new doors and lifts but had difficult clearance issues. The owner came out to see it personally and came up with a plan to install the exact Clopay doors and Liftmaster Jack shaft openers that we wanted. Julie's techs effectuated a really trick detail to make it all happen. This is the second project they have handled for us and it will not be the last ! BTW- We did shop around and got rude treatment and an "This isn't easy so I'm gonna screw you price" from another company beginning with a "B". The price was substantially higher for lower quality doors and standard openers. When I specifically asked about Jack Shafts he replied "don't even ask, there is no way to fit one in here never mind three" So we owe Julie, Savannah and the entire team a huge thank you, 5 stars is not enough !

Eric was professional, friendly, and thorough. He completed the repair work and went a step further and examined all the garage doors and made small repairs/adjustments where needed at no charge which I appreciated. I highly recommend Aquarius Door Services!

I highly recommend this company. Amazing staff. I called and they scheduled an appointment right away. Brian stopped by and was able to diagnosis the issue immediately. Gave me the estimate right there. I was on the calendar for the repair a few days later. They called the next day and had a cancellation so Greg came and installed the new motor for the door. Professional courteous and hard working. You can also pay by credit card and get those points which is a plus. If you have a problem with your garage doors, this is the company to call.

It was a pleasure working with Aquarius from start to finish. They came highly recommended to me from a few families in town, and now I can say I will also recommend them! They quickly reached out to me after I inquired, and were able to schedule me promptly. The two men (David was one) arrived on time, were friendly and respectful, and performed the work thoroughly and professionally. Prices were also reasonable.

Had a broken garage door cable. Called Aquarius Door Services (they'd installed a new garage door opener about a decade ago). Made an appointment and in a few days Brian arrived, gave me a few options and replaced the cable and pulleys. Work was well-performed and the cost was more than reasonable so between that and how quickly they came, I'm 100% satisfied with the work and the entire experience.

I am usually not one to write reviews, but I was so impressed by the quality, care and honesty from Eric at Aquarius Door Service that I had to give him a recommendation. I was previously given a ridiculous quote of $700+ per door from Precision Garage Door. My request for the service estimate was to fix my doors that were not going up all the way. Eric looked at the doors, checked the springs, wheels and tracks- then did a wick adjustment and the doors have been working perfectly!! All for under $100. Thank you Aquarius for your honesty and professionalism!!!!

The showroom was just what I needed. Attentive staff, great displays and undivided attention to my needs. Turn around time was less than I anticipated. Two man crew showed up and got the job done efficiently. I even had to call because I messed something up and they came out with no issue at all. Highly recommend this reputable company. Doors are seamless. Quiet and beautiful. Job well done!

Horrible place to work. They are not organized and they lack communication. They never know who the person in charge is. And if you complain they will fire you and say they received a lot of complains about you but won't tell the complains. don't waste your time.

I received the recommendation for Aquarius Doors from my next door neighbor. They install the new door for him and he was very pleased with them. I called for an estimate and the owner Julie was prompt and extremely knowledgeable about exactly what needed to be done. We have a low ceiling so not every door or opener will work. After she came for the measurement, we went to the showroom where we could see all the doors and ask any questions.. we ordered the door and they gave us a time frame and they were spot on. The door actually came in a little bit before they told us it would. We set the appointment for the installation and when they had a cancellation from another client, they called and asked if they could come two weeks earlier than anticipated. Well, hell yes. Our installer was courteous and professional I'm good a fantastic job. Everything is perfect and I would go as far as saying a little bit better than perfect. Needless to say we are thrilled with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

Garage door opener failed on a Friday night. Called Aquarius on Saturday, and on Monday morning a tech was on hand to investigate. Returned Tuesday to do a new installation. Tech was thorough, explained everything in detail. Provided the cost up front (no hidden costs). Did a great job installing the new unit. Additionally the Aquarius tech reinforced the structure holding up the garage door, as the builder who initially installed the original unit had skimped on the support brackets, and we're lucky it never fell out. Highly recommended!

Eric came by and looked at the door that the previous owners installed completely incorrectly. The rails were in the wrong place and there were no safety cables. He gave me a great price, got here early, and finished the job in a prompt manner. I wouldn’t recommend any other company. Glad I chose Aquarius.

Very well. see above Services Rendered: Replace garage door and the automatic opener system. Service person came one day, inspected and made a recommendation. The opener system installed in the 1980's 'had run its course.' We made a decision on what to order. He came back the next day (on time) and installed the new system/door. We would recommend them wholeheartedly.
