Yelp5Cable snapped on my garage door late last night. Close Bros had a tech at my house before 10AM this morning. He repaired the cable, adjusted both doors (I didn't ask) and did so professionally and with extreme care. He also charged me way less than I anticipated. If you ever need your garage door worked on, look no further than these guys are great.

Yelp5Eric and his crew represent old-fashioned courteous, professional and timely service if you need any type of garage door repair. They respond to messages, try to show up quickly, and have all the experience to diagnosis and fix any problem relating to garage doors. They are on my short list of companies that still believe in good service and fair prices as a way to develop loyal customers and build a business.

Angi5I have nothing but the highest regard for Carl Klose as a professional and human being. I’ve known him and used his services for almost twenty years. He knows his stuff, he works with you, and he is not out to break the bank at your expense. He also has a contagious sense of humor. If there were a higher rating than five, he would deserve it. Yelp5Garage door spring snapped (from normal wear & tear) and I texted Eric because I've used him in the past. Was here in less than 24 hours to replace it and checked and lubricated all hinges and belts as well. 30 minutes in and out. A pleasure to deal with once again!

Yelp5Our garage door came off it's rail taking out a piece of the door this morning. We had always used Precision and found them expensive. After reading reviews, I decided to try Close Brothers. They were here on a Saturday within one hour of my call, took about an hour to fix, and was probably the most reasonable price for a garage door service we have ever had. Karl was super nice and went above and beyond even fixing some of the vinyl sealing that had gotten ripped off as the door broke. SO impressed and would HIGHLY recommend!

Yelp5Called based on recommendation in secret Montclair & they were in neighborhood and came right over. They quickly fixed my problem, noticed something that was going to be problem in future for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Yelp5From go these guys were a class act. They answered the phone in a welcoming & engaging manner (unlike their competitors). Eric had said he could make it out in a couple days but I was going out of town. He didn't have to, but I could tell he squeezed me in. He & Mike turned our janky, jammed and warped garage door into a smooth operator. Even the garage door light - which has never worked in the 8 years we have lived here - now turns on. And all for a reasonable price. Thank you again Close Bros.

Angi5I initially got an extremely high quote from another company to replace my garage doors. For a second quote, I decided to seek out someone locally with good reviews on Angie's List. That is how I found Close Brothers. They were able to come out the same day to provide an estimate. They asked me if I really wanted to replace the doors because they were actually in good condition. They just needed new springs, etc. That sounded perfect to me! We scheduled a day to come out and my doors are now fixed! They also provided and programmed a new remote for me. Really good guys! Enjoyed talking to them while they worked. Really down to earth and not out to rob you. I would definitely hire them again! Services Rendered: Garage doors would not open properly.

Angi5Over the phone, Mr. Close took me through a trouble-shooting list and then suggested I try to reprogram again, using a sequence slightly different than is written on the unit - and it worked! I appreciate his gracious help over the phone and will certainly call Close Brothers if/when I have any problems with my garage doors. Services Rendered: Garage door opener suddenly stopped responding to the remote but worked when the wall button was pushed.
