Don't waste your time with others. Deal with them at the get go. Professional, prompt, knowledgeable - from the initial call to the office from the time they left. They stand behind their work when an issue came up 2 months after an install of a keypad , Louis was at my home yesterday in less then 20 minutes resolved the issue and explained things.Highly recommend. We called Delco and we explained that it was an emergency door could fall onto the car at any moment. Even with little advance notice and one of their repairmen happened to be out sick, Kevin (owner) managed to send workers to the house to repair the garage door and even did a minor repair that was noticed in the garage at no cost. Their price was very fair considering the emergency situation and the amount of work.. I would very highly recommend them. Services Rendered: We needed one of our garage doors to be repaired following damage to one of the tracks. It was an emergency because one of the cable snapped and garage door was being held up by the opener above the parked car.

The only door company I would ever recommend....I am a licensed electrician and love when a company well represents themselves. Well this company does that and more. Bought 2 doors from them and had them install and they were amazing, honest, and good. Still recommending them 10 years later

Matt was helpfull in explaining the problem. He quickly fixed the problem and cleaned up after the job. This is my 4th experience with Delco in 15 years and all have been excellent. My door is a single massive oversized 2 car door.

Delco has been servicing my overhead doors at home and my business for over 20 years. The service is unmatched!! The staff is professional. Springs on my busniess door broke monday morning. Ted and his men had us up and running again in no time!! No need to look anywhere else. The best word i could for them is TRUSTWORTHY.

Superb work and interaction with the worker, (sorry, forgot his name), who showed up the day I called and installed everything within a couple of hours. He also spent some time instructing me on how the system worked. Would use again in a heartbeat. Couple of areas for improvement: When you call the Delco number to reach them, it appears as though it is an answering service? --- I explained my situation, the person on the other end of the line did not give any feedback as to what could be the cause or how soon someone could show up. The person merely said, "Let me take your name and number and I will have someone get back to you." This was done around 9 AM on a weekday, so thought it should be during office hours, and thought I would get in touch with an actual garage door technician. Also, the work vans used by Delco need a little refurbishment, but nothing serious. That is a matter of perception; in terms of the work done, they are without equal. (That's the reason for the Professionalism grade of "B"; merely the perception of the van itself.) That said, they did a great job within a very short demand timeframe, so I would suggest others to employ them when they can. I will use them again in the future. Services Rendered: Replacing a garage door opener, fixing a garage door did not open/close correctly.

Matt came promptly after my initial to them. He diagnosed the problem. Replaced sensors that were worn out. I was happy that he came when he did because it was snowing. Services Rendered: Fixed garage door that would not open.

Went well. They showed up within an hour of my call and all the work was done promptly. Services Rendered: garage door would not close completely on a very cold day and I called for emergency repair. They showed up within an hour and fixed it to close but I had them replace the door anyway as It was very old and not isulated. They told me the automatic opener was still good and only replaced the door. Work was completed one day later and i am very pleased with the door. They were very polite, prompt and easy to deal with. The price was competitive with a previous quote from another company.
