Superb work and interaction with the worker, (sorry, forgot his name), who showed up the day I called and installed everything within a couple of hours. He also spent some time instructing me on how the system worked. Would use again in a heartbeat. Couple of areas for improvement: When you call the Delco number to reach them, it appears as though it is an answering service? --- I explained my situation, the person on the other end of the line did not give any feedback as to what could be the cause or how soon someone could show up. The person merely said, "Let me take your name and number and I will have someone get back to you." This was done around 9 AM on a weekday, so thought it should be during office hours, and thought I would get in touch with an actual garage door technician. Also, the work vans used by Delco need a little refurbishment, but nothing serious. That is a matter of perception; in terms of the work done, they are without equal. (That's the reason for the Professionalism grade of "B"; merely the perception of the van itself.) That said, they did a great job within a very short demand timeframe, so I would suggest others to employ them when they can. I will use them again in the future.
Services Rendered: Replacing a garage door opener, fixing a garage door did not open/close correctly.
