Google5John and I were so pleased to have Elesvan's help replacing the electric door opener. It works! But his inspection and determination of the garage door frame, tracks, rollers being old and needing replacement was even better. Especially since it won't shake, rattle & slam anymore! Professional, friendly and so knowledgeable. See you soon for our next project.

Google5All around great experience starting with the two ladies manning the customer reception area to the two technicians (Juan and Jose) who performed the repair. I particularly enjoyed my discussion with Vince from the parts department. His friendly manner and understanding of my problem immediately convinced me I was in the right place. After Juan and Jose finished the repair, I was more convinced than ever that I had made the right decision. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of garage door service.

Google5Durable Door because of their professionalism and courteous responses to my initial inquiries. I had them repair my garage door that was out of level. Mr. Elesvan Rojas was the technician and he provided excellent service and answered all of my concerns. I would highly recommend this company for residential projects.

Google5My experience with Durable Door was very pleasant from beginning to end. My technician Jose was simply the best. He was very helpful and patient with me. He showed up on time, knowledge and highly skilled. My garage frame was very old he took his time to fix everything to ensure the proper quality. Jose is one of the good ones. I will definitely reuse and recommend this company.

Google5Yesterday we had our garage break on us and I called Durable Door and they scheduled me for the next day. Elesvan the technician was at the location on time and provided excellent service. He was able to come and fix the garage door within just a few hours. If I could I would rate this company with more stars. GREAT JOB GUYS!

Yelp1Just had the exact same experience as a couple of others. Was quoted a price then when the guy got here, he said it would cost $130 more because the quote did not include wire and pulleys. I hate when businesses pull these tricks.

Google5Durable Door is a very professional co to work with. Customer service is most helpful and very cordial. Their service rep (Ellis) was very knowledgeable, took time to explain what he was doing and even offered cost saving advice. If you are looking for a reputable garage door company that you can trust and charges fairly then look no further than Durable Door.

Google5Jose with the Durable Doors team and Ryan with the subcontractors all did a great job converting my 2 garage doors to 1 large door. They got the entire job done within a short amount of time with attention to detail. I appreciated the time Jose spent with me to go over all details and made sure I was all set. Yelp5We collected 3 estimates to replace our two original 1970's wooden garage doors. Durable Door was highly recommended by the contractor who sided our house. Durable Door's estimate was more reasonable than another, well-known outfit for the exact same brand of garage door. They came to the house on time and did a great job. They took the old doors away and left the garage clean. We had a very positive experience with Durable Door.

Yelp5We needed additional work on one our 2-car garage doors after different service was performed last month. One door needed new safety cables, pulleys and a set of springs. We were very impressed with service performed by Technician, Juan. Juan was very efficient in repairing the door and was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. He also cleaned up the garage when he finished the job. Juan explained the work he was doing and the reason the work needed to be done. We were very happy with the service we received from Juan and I would not hesitate to ask for him if I needed service again.

Yelp4Needed a new garage door as the old one was a commercial door and the side panels were old and corroded. Henry came and did an impeccable job replacing the door and all fixtures to it. Took him extra time as our replacement required more work but he put in the time with no complaints and finished it the same day. Our new door is now insulated and works great!

Yelp4My new garage door looks wonderful. The installers were Henry and Pat, who were able to accommodate certain requests I had. However, 3 days later there was a bit of an issue that needed some tweaking. I called Durable Door the next morning, and within less than an hour they had their serviceman Eles here at my house to resolve the issue. They do want their customers to be satisfied and happy.

Yelp5Our garage door was getting ugly and some of it was getting chunky down at the bottom. Estimator was out next day after I called to make appointment. Showed up on time. I ordered new door and they were out to install like 2 weeks later. Estimator and installer guys wore masks and were friendly. Swept up when they were done. Good work all around. Would recommend.

Angi5I had a great experience with Durable Door and highly recommend them. They are a reputable family owned business that provides great quality, value and service. Ryan came to my home for an estimate and was punctual, very professional and honest. He explained my options, gave helpful recommendations and answered all of my detailed questions. I received an estimate within two hours from his staff and booked my installation the same week since I purchased in stock items. The installers Jose and Jose were excellent as well. They were punctual, professional, extremely neat and did a great job with the installation. It was very apparent that both Jose's take pride in their work. They also had great communication skills and explained in detail how to download the app for the garage opener and even programmed our cars which was greatly appreciated. We absolutely love our new garage doors and openers. We are customers for life and will definitely recommend them to neighbors and friends. Services Rendered: I needed to replace my garage doors and openers.

Angi5Tracy in the office was very knowledgable and sent out a tech to give us an estimate. They worked with me on price, and the installers came and were very neat and thorough in installing my new garage doors They look amazing, and are sealed and insulated. I am very happy. Now i just have to wait for the winter to see if the insulated doors really help keep the kitchen above it warmer. Services Rendered: Replace builder grade garage doors that let the snow inside!

Angi1The work was okay, but we have had major billing issues with them. Techs came within a day after we called them about our garage door opener acting funny. The techs said that the opener needed to be replaced and we gave them a deposit of half the job price when they came out. Durable Door scheduled an appointment for the following week and replaced the opener. We gave the installers a check for the remaining balance on the day that they completed the job. Our balance was zero. I thought this was the end of it, but somehow the check was not posted to our account and we wound up with a balance due. We researched this with our bank and we have copies of the checks showing that the checks were cashed by Durable Door. The company has been contacting us for the last 3 months demanding payment for a nonexistent balance due. I have spent about 2 hours of my time on this billing issue. This is unprofessional and unnecessary. If this company can't even do something as simple as recording payments to a customer's account, it makes me wonder about the overall quality of their work. I will not use them again, nor can I recommend them. Services Rendered: Garage Door Opener Replacement
