Mike is absolutely amazing. Not only did he answer the phone himself when I called for service but he was able to come on the same day because of the emergent issue I was having. He also made sure to send me text messages throughout the day letting me know when he would be arriving at my home. Mike looked at my garage door and quickly fixed the problem and quoted me a great price. Even after quoting me the price he went above and beyond adjusting and repairing other things along the way to make sure I would not have this issue again without asking for anything extra. My garage door has not worked this good since the day it was installed. Mike is wonderful and I would highly recommend him.

Mike was able to come to my house very quickly and took the time to explain everything he was doing while he fixed my garage door. Additionally, he made sure I understood potential future issues to look out for and charged a great price. Would definitely recommend.

Mike at M&M is the best. I highly recommend him. My dad has been his customer for years, and today I called him with a problem and he solved it within minutes. The sensor had been bumped by someone and the door was not opening and closing, plus our keypad hadn't worked in a while. Rather than make us wait who knows how long for an appointment, Mike walked me through which buttons to press to fix everything while he was on the way to the job he had scheduled for today. He's a gem.

I called Wednesday afternoon, he actually answered the phone! He came Thursday afternoon. Replaced a broken spring and pulley and fixed the wiring on one of my openers. He even set the clock on the opener! He also pointed out that my openers have myQ which allows me to check on the status and operate the doors, through an app on my phone. I had no idea I had that ability! Super nice guy. Sweeping away spider webs from the sensors was a bonus!

We had the same, old garage door opener for our garage since we bought our house (nearly 20 years ago.) And then it broke and I had no way of accessing my garage. Michael was responsive and came to address the situation on the same day that I called! He was able to open the garage door and then the next day installed a brand new Liftmaster opener. Really friendly, knowledgeable, and fair guy. Call him if you have a garage door that needs to be fixed!

Who can possibly fix your garage door over the phone in 5 mins and save you a fat bill???!! Thank you Mike!! He troubleshoot my problem over the phone. Extremely friendly and professional. I have their number saved now - of course I will only call them if anything else comes up!

Mike is the BEST! After speaking to several people and gathering recommendations, I ended up hiring him and got our new door, opener, key pad, etc. installed yesterday. I could not be happier. It's gorgeous and Mike and his team are an absolute pleasure. Mike is responsive via text and very "hands on" with the business. PLEASE consider them if you need replacement or repairs for your garage.
