I am a big Precision fan! I've used them several times and every time they've been professional, kind, and accurate! Recently I had to call them because my garage door wouldn't close on its own. Ferdinand was the gentleman who came to assist. He was very knowledgeable and was able to assess and solve the problem so quickly. It was incredible! We had a very smooth and easy service done by Precision this past week. First, the online scheduling process was easy and we were able to get text notifications regarding the technician coming as well as a time frame. The profile and picture of the technician (Ryan M) was sent once he was on his way, which was comforting for safety, security purposes. Ryan was very professional, courteous, and efficient. He explained the repair work that needed to be done very well as well as transparent with the parts that needed to be fixed and overall cost to us. Luckily, our repairs weren't major and Ryan was in and out in about an hour or so. Everything with our garage works fine now. Will use Precision again for any other issues with our garage that may arise.

nj We had two very old garage motors in our home and they both broke the same day. We found Precision and decided to schedule an appointment (which was very easy to do). I received a text message saying my technician Ryan Murphy is on the way with his picture and a brief bio about him (such an amazing feature). Ryan diagnosed the issue quickly, then gave us our options. We chose one and he told us how long it would take, then he got to work, and he fixed the entire thing in a few hours. He then helped us program the keypads, set up the app and cameras. He was thorough, personable and professional. If we ever need anymore garage services, we will definitely use Precision and ask for Ryan again! Services Rendered: Motor replacement

I can't say enough good things about this company. From start to finish I am more then impressed with the professional way they handled my service. I set up the appointment online for a same day service call. They confirmed the appointment in multiple ways, email, text and a phone call. They also called when the Tech was on the way and sent information about the Tech so there were no identification issues.The Tech, James, was very professional, explained the options I had, and fixed the issue right on the spot. There was no waiting for parts or any other delays you normally get these days. I would highly recommend Precision for any problems you have with your garage door.

I have an attached garage and was looking for an upgrade from an old wood door. I wanted the new door to be insulated and to have windows to let in some natural light. It's also not a standard opening (8'x6.5'). Damien came out and quickly designed the door with my specifications. He had some suggestions to keep the price down, and had specific reputable brands in mind depending on what options I chose. The installer came out several weeks later with the custom door. He installed new tracks, and thanks to the vinyl rollers the door opens and shuts much quieter. I kept the same garage door opener. Very happy with my purchase and experience! It's nice to have some natural light in the garage, and the insulated door has helped the rooms around and above the garage feel warmer.

Christian showed up on time and was very professional. I had 3 other "companies" come to my house over the last week that didn't have company names and it gave me weird vibes. Precision door served me an ad on instagram and seemed legit. I called them, an appointment was promptly scheduled and text/email confirmations with Christian's info were sent to me. When he arrived, we discussed the options and I felt comfortable that both precision door and Christian were professionals and would do a great job. He rebuilt my door parts and installed a new motor. I'm very happy with my decision to use a legitimate company and will have them here again for my other door in the future.

Our garage door was not closing properly and was sitting at an angle. Christian G. came to fix our garage door. He offered us options and showed us what was wrong and how he would resolve the issue. We told him we want a short term fix since eventually we are looking to change out our doors for an overhaul Reno since they are very old. But for now we just needed them to be operational. He said no problem and got to work. He did a great job and now our garage door works flawlessly.
