Google1They never answer the phone. They don't come when they say they will when they finally do answer. I don't even know why they call themselves a business. I wish I could give a lower star rating.

Google5Jesse came to fix our few minor problems and showed up the very next day. I loved that he took time to explain things, showed me what he needed to do, he communicated everything he had done, he wanted to be sure that he fixed all our concerns . Wonderful personality, professional and personable!! Highly recommend!!

Google1It took forever just to get them to answer a call. Then I had to call back after they missed 3 scheduled appointments. When they did show to look at it they said the motor was shot! This was back in April. It is now November and after more failed attempts to get them there to fix it, I gave up. A friend told me about Dakota Doors! They were there the next day and informed me there was Nothing wrong with the door opener, but in fact the mother board was missing??? Where did it go? I'm very upset with Overhead Doors. I am definitely a Dakota Doors fan. 5 stars for Dakota Doors.
