Google5Door cable snapped. Called Installation Specialties late in the afternoon They quoted me a price for the repair over the phone and came the next morning before 9:00. Doesn't get any better than that. Thanks!

Google5We had a problem with one of our garage door openers over the past weekend. Called Dave Mon. morning and he had his guys out to fix our problem that afternoon. The two gentleman, Dan and Mike, could not have been more competent and professional, not to mention, very friendly and polite. We decided that since our openers were over 20 years old, to just replace both of them. The guys did excellent work installing two openers in about 2 hours. I found the pricing to be fair and competitive within the marketplace. I would highly recommend this company and the owner, Dave Koloski, to anyone in need of anything garage door related. Thanx Dave and crew for a job well done!

Google5FANTASTIC !!!!! Easy to deal with, timely, fairly priced, excellent people, trouble-free install process, we could NOT be more pleased. Makes me wish I had more garage doors Dave and his team could work on. Installation Specialties is the Johann's Bakery of garage door companies in Greater Petoskey and Emmett and Charlevoix counties. Use them; you will not be disappointed!

Google5We so appreciated that Installation Specialties worked us into their busy schedule when we had a calamity with our existing door. Dave said he would call when he was on his way, and he did. He was very fairly priced and did quality work. He doesn't hold your hand - is straight to the point and straight to the work. I appreciate that. 4 years after we had them out, we had a different and separate issue. They diagnosed over the phone, said they had the parts and were here in no time. Even gave a courtesy call when they were on the way. Right down to business so that we were back in business. Perfect service.

Google5Called installation specialties at 730am and they took some info and they were at our house by 1230 and finished replacing the broken springs by 115 Thanks for the great service and getting the job done so quickly Price was amazing too. We would recommend this company to anyone who needs door work! Thanks again for a great experience It's good to know there are still companies out there who value their customers

Google5We would highly recommend this company. Dave is an absolutely wonderful person. Our garage door wasn't working and he was too busy to come to our house to fix it and didn't know when he could fit us in to his schedule. So he talked to me over the phone and walked me through how to fix it. He didn't even charge us and wouldn't let us pay him either. It's so nice to know that there are still people like him in this world.
