Google5We had a garage door opener that was inoperable and as such it was blocking our car from usage. I left a voice mail and got a prompt call back and the Company re-routed a team to promptly get to our house and fix the issue. I was very impressed with the promptness of the office response and the team that performed the job. They were very friendly and professional and fixed the issue. Google5Cassie and Jeremy are knowledgeable, courteous and responsive. We had an issue with our fiberglass door which they quickly resolved. Highly recommend!

Google5I called Jones and Jones in Feb. 2023 to fix my garage door opener. They were there within 36 hours of the call and fixed it. At the time they had warned me that the opener was not long for the world as it was 20+ years old. As they predicted it broke a second time in April 2023. I asked them to replace it and within 8 hours they were over and swapped it out RIGHT AHEAD OF A BAD STORM THAT WAS BREWING! Now that is service! As a real estate broker I will be recommending J&J Garage Door Service to ALL my clients. Great job guys! Kurt Jacobs, Alpine Realty Group.

Google5I purchased a set of overhead garage doors and openers from Jones and Jones. I was very satisfied with the doors, openers, and the installation. They look great and are very quiet in operation. The installers came exactly at the times they were scheduled for. They do a very professional job and I would recommend them without reservation.
