Google5Anthony vein was absolutely wonderful in getting my house done quickly answered all my questions was prompt n even help me with my insurance adjuster who was unpleasant. Thanks to the workers too they did an awesome job n I get compliments everyday. I would recommend you to anyone especially Anthony. Thanks again.

Google5The purchase and installation of our plantation shutters went better than expected. We had a problem and they stepped up, ordered new shutters that fit better, and communicated with us the entire time. Top Notch in our book. I highly recommend Windows R Us!

Google5We had Windows R Us from Steubenville area replace all our windows, two entry doors, two patio slider doors and a garage door. They were absolutely great to work with. Sean and team were extremely responsive to all phone calls or text messages. The sales process was smooth and very detailed. Sean reviewed everything in detail and provided options. Never once did we feel pressured. The installation team was great. They worked quickly and made sure everything was done completely to our liking. Great job from everyone we interacted with at Windows R Us. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Google5A tenant's lower window section blew out one blustery evening. We couldn't locate the original installers because we didn't own the place when it was put in. All I could think to do was to contact Windows R Us. They have been our go-to guys over the past nearly ten years of owning apartments. We've had them put in lots of windows and have always been pleased with their work. Sean Creegan came to assess the damage and was optimistic that it could be repaired right there on the spot. With new parts, he got busy and had it back in working order within the hour. I was so grateful! Winter isn't the season to have a malfunctioning window! Windows R Us is a DEPENDABLE business. They are easy to get ahold of and very communicative. They arrive on time for appointments and are great at following through with estimates when requested. We highly recommend Sean and his company!

Google5The first time we came to Windows R Us Plus was a small job. We needed to replace the window in our main bathroom. We were so impressed with the work we had them replace our 15 ft sliding patio door. Sean's creativity designing something we were excited about was only surpassed by the quality and workmanship of the installation. We most recently had our front and secondary entrance doors replaced which extremely enhanced the appearance of our home. We have been impressed with creative solutions and top notch workmanship.

Google5Honest and up front. I originally requested gutters and siding, Sean was very honest with me and let me know my siding was in good condition and didn't need replaced, but was still kind enough to give me an estimate so I could compare. Gutters and fascia were done very quickly. I am out of town so he made sure to send me several before and after photos to make sure I was happy with the work. Will be using him again if the need arises!
