Wayne Door also installed 2 garage doors for my family years ago. Both doors are still working and look beautiful. The problem is they are so old I couldn't find a replacement openers. They just don't make my brand anymore. I needed to get the opener/motor replaced. The crew showed up and were great. Like other reviews said they were very polite, quiet, and communicated what they doing. I was warned that the new opening system was loud because my door is so heavy. It's actually quieter than the original. Plus, when I enter the garage a light goes on. I never had this. I am so very pleased with the product, installation, and the company! In a day and age when you can't even get people to return calls, this company does everything with ease and very thoroughly.

I had a wonderful experience with Wayne Door Sales. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. They arranged for service the same day. The two technicians, Kristin and Sean, were professional and experienced. They diagnosed the problem and completed the project quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this company to all of my friends.

I can't say enough good things about the great service and how quick this company was. Called 10:30 am after my garage door springs broke, car stuck in garage, first the lady I spoke to was so so nice and understanding and wiggled to get us help today. By 2pm I got a call they were otw, started at 2:06 and was finished by 2:50. So nice and friendly. I would highly recommend!! Kelly and Andrew were exceptional!! Thanks again to everyone!

I recently had a garage door and opener installed by Wayne door sales and I couldn't be happier. The garage door looks great and Kelly and Andrew did such a good job. Afterwards they cleaned everything up, so you never knew they were there. If there are any problems they will fix it until you are happy. That's the second door we had installed and I would never go anywhere else to buy one. Wayne door sales is the one to call if you need a new door and opener. They are the best!!!

I could not have asked for a more wonderful and professional experience than working with Isaac, Brad, Kelly and Kristin for my new garage doors! Isaac walked me through every possible option to replace my opener that had worn after decades of use and all options of doors in case I wished to upgrade them also. Absolutely no pressure and the options and prices were tremendous! I did opt to replace both of my doors and openers to have everything up to date. The installation of my doors was done so efficiently and promptly and the installation staff is so pleasant, kind, professional, and hardworking. My doors are gorgeous and the new Genie openers are fantastic. The doors are so quiet, they do not even wake up my terriers when I arrive home, which is pretty amazing! If you need assistance with repairs or new products, do not hesitate to call Wayne Door Sales in Wintersville! My family and I do not ever call anyone else!

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Isaac knows the business and is the ultimate professional to guide you through each step...plus he recommends fabulous Italian restaurants...I am so happy with my new doors. They were installed in a day and they are whisper quiet. No mess was left behind and everyone was so polite. I would recommend Wayne Doors to everyone needing to upgrade/update/replace garage doors. They just left our home. Mike and Damian were wonderful! They worked on the broken garage door for a while and said they were not leaving until it was fixed. Issac also came out to the house as well. All of them were professional and knowledgeable( which is hard to find sometimes). I would recommend Wayne Doors in Wintersville to anyone who needs a garage door or a door fixed. They were wonderful!

My experience was very good with them. I have used them several times for my rentals. They do all my repair and replacement work. Services Rendered: I had a door that came off the track and destroyed several panels and messed the track up. They replaced several panels, the track and some springs and other things associated with the damage.
