Google5We had problems with our overhead door and a technician came out to evaluate and fix. About 15 minutes later, he came into the house and said it was a sensor problem, it had been fixed and there was no charge. That is first class service and confirms why we have bought all our overhead doors and operators from Torrington Overhead Door. Thank you

Google3Okay this happened more than a year ago. Overhead door came and "fixed" a couple of our garage door springs. Our were probably original from 1985 when our modular home was constructed put together and garage built. I later needed springs for the other garage door and accidentally called Precision Door to come out. The tech was really nice and said that he heard that Overhead Door was reusing people's parts. He said Precision Door parts were superior . I will take a picture of the difference. Yes I did pay more at the time but I feel it was worth the extra money.

Google5Overhead door company came to my rescue. Two companies failed to show up yesterday. This morning i called overhead. Spoke with jeff. He sent chris out immediately, within the hour! Chris was friendly, knew immediately what the problem was and fixed it. The price was very reasonable. I wish i called overhead door company FIRST.. fast, reliable and honest. When they said they will come, they actually did come.... Do not waste your time with contracted Fly By Night companies like "ASAP".

Google5One of our garage doors popped a spring when my wife went to take our son to school one morning. I looked online and saw that Overhead Door opened at 7am. I promptly called them and they had someone out by 3:30pm. By 4:45 it was all fixed, oiled and running like new. Pricing was about what I expected and fair, especially being fixed same day (and right before a major snow storm). I would absolutely use them again.

Google5Very helpful with installing our new garage door opener that we actually purchased ourselves. Tony was great help quoting the labor part of the work and Todd did a flawless install. I'd highly recommend their services.

Google1Terrible!! Spoke to salesman 4 days before job was to be done and explained everything needed. Explained I would have to take the day off from work. Technician arrives and doesn't have the springs required for my door. Round and round with him, goes out to his truck to discuss with salesman. Comes back in 10 minutes later to give me a business card to call salesman. Spoke to salesman (not accommodating), to find out technician just left not waiting to hear any remedy. They advertise no. 1 garage door company...huh, you decide! How does a company get a 4.7 star rating???
