The people were incredible. I was trapped in my garage because the door was stuck. They came in 3 hours and had it fixed in 20 minutes. The man were pleasant and explained what had caused the problem. I would recommend them to anyone, and never use anyone else.
Third time they've been able to come out and repair one of my four garage doors that had issues (my own doing) on the same day in the NW corner. Reasonable prices, they've been able to repair vs. replace unless absolutely necessary. Really can't recommend them enough. Professional, friendly, you name it. Thank you!
Our garage door was embarrassingly crocked and the automatic opener was not working. I scheduled Pearson to come out. They showed up on time and just started working. Like they saw the door and it offended them (lol). They went at it, fixed everything to perfect and were off to the next job. I just knew they were going to try to sell me a bunch of parts and maybe even a new door because it looked in really bad shape. There was no upsell, just hard work to repair. The cost was surprisingly, shockingly affordable! I wish they were also auto mechanics or did other repairs. Highly recommended, trusted and respected. Thanks Pearson!
Door lift cable broke late Friday night. Called and left message. They responded Monday morning and said they would be here mid morning. Arrived around 10 am and we're finished in about an hour. Fast service and professional work. Would highly recommend.
Don't waste your money or time . Called for a repair when they arrived they spent their time selling a stupid experience replacement opener. When I declined they charged me a service fee. I ended up finding another local company who replaced my old opener with the latest tech for 1/3 the price. This company is just scammers looking for easy money.
I called Pearson on Sunday (I knew they were closed but I like the option to leave a message), gotten a call back Monday morning from Shawn. They couldn't fit me in Monday: no big deal it wasn't an emergency. But they showed up Tuesday morning, and got the job done! They are always willing to come out and help whenever I'm in a pinch. Gives you a family vibe company. I would highly recommend this company for all your garage door needs! Thanks guys!
Pearson Door installed 3 overhead garage doors for us 10 years ago, but since they worked with our contractor, we did not have the privilege or pleasure of working directly with them until last week when the spring broke on one of the overhead doors and we needed a repair and advice. I spoke with Kevin on the phone and he could not have been more helpful, asking all the right questions, advising what to do and what not to do until they could get out to do a repair, checking to see if our car was stuck inside the garage, walking through my questions again, then calling back to set up an early morning appointment the next day. Kyle arrived as scheduled and was very knowledgeable and efficient, replacing the spring, and then above and beyond, showing (by doing) me where to lubricate the hinges and springs on the other 2 doors to prolong the life of the equipment, and again answering all my questions and actually walking me through his answers. He was certainly an extremely professional face on this family business. Coincidentally, I had to call Pearson Door the next morning about resetting the overhead door opener and Ken got on the phone and very succinctly, clearly and patiently told me what to do and how to do it - all such a very simple process for me after someone explained it so well. Pearson is a family business and I am so impressed with the three people I had the pleasure of dealing with. I would and will recommend this company to everyone I can. Thank you, Pearson Door!!
