Google5Did a very good job in replacing my garage door opener at a very fair price. Was prompt and professional and kept me involved in the process so i would know what to expect. Would definitely use them again, if needed. Amber also was very pleasant to talk to and kept me informed.

Google5We were so happy with the work they did on our garage door spring. They did a temporary fix until the part came in. Amber kept us updated every step of the way. Great company.

Google5These folks are fast, reliable, and efficient! I called and spoke with Amber to have a broken spring repaired, she was extremely polite and sent a gentleman named Steve who came out the next day and gave me a full diagnosis of the issue, some helpful tips for garage door maintenance, and told me exactly what he needed to do to make the repair along with an estimate. He even checked my other garage door, put in a temporary brace on the spring while mine was ordered, he lubed the rails to stop the squeaking and replaced the broken spring with a larger one more suited for the heavier weight of the door. All in all I couldn't have asked Steve and HD Garage Door Services to do a better job, i'll definitely be a repeat customer. These folks are great!

Google5Steve and his wife made my experience with a failed double garage door easy and stress free. Our vehicles were locked in the garage when the spring broke and then snapped the metal coiled cords. I called another garage door company with a recognizable name, and thank goodness, they were booked for the week. I searched online and found HD Garage Door then called and explained my problem. To my surprise and amazement, Steve said no problem. He came to my home within 90 minutes and temporarily fixed our spring and the cords. He ordered the parts and came back within a week to permanently fix our door. Everyone was incredibly professional, prompt, polite and went above and beyond to help me. The price was fantastic as well. I was prepared to pay much more for everything we received. The mechanics were cleaned, oiled, repaired where needed and parts replaced. Steve even helped me with a third bay door! I had trouble programming my third bay keypad, and he figured it out and did it for me. I will definitely be using HD Garage Door for all future needs. Thank you for providing superior service. I appreciate you.

Yelp5My single car side of the garage's door opener broke a sprocket in the mechanism and the door wouldn't open. I called and spoke with Amber and she first made sure the need wasn't urgent and promised to have Steven out before end of day if it was. I told her it was not an emergency and she listened to what the issue was and since I knew the problem she was able to give me full quote and get her tech out the very next day. Steven was personable and very knowledgeable and had the door working again in a half hour. He then adjusted it out and checked out the two car door too to make sure it was in good order. Small family owned business that works hard for your business!

Angi5Fix the garage door opener and did an excellent job, he also did some light fixtures for me, he really did a great job on that as well, I like that guy. The price for the service was really worth a penny. I highly recommend them. Mr. August is very respectful and does a great job, he would be my guy from now on.
