One of the cables snapped on my garage door and I was unable to close it at all. Even though this was a Friday and after 5pm, these guys came out and fixed the door, making sure everything was all squared away before leaving. Love, love, LOVE this company! Called these guys a few months ago when my whole unit died. My husband was also out of town, and I'm a strong independent lady until machinery goes south. So I called, and was able to get a next day appointment, which in these times is a rarity. Fair pricing, quick service and no beating around the bush! Fast forward to today, and our springs go out. Gotta love builder grade homes! Anyway, I don't know if you've ever tried to lift a garage door without assistance from the spring, but it's not cute. It's heavy and as a result, I'm trapped in my garage on a SATURDAY!!! We call Rick and Kenny, no joke - they came out within 2 hours of our call!! Everything is fixed and working wonderfully and my Saturday has been saved! We will 100% be using them again and recommending to friends and family.
