I highly recommend this company! My experience from start to finish was impeccable. Day of, they called me to give me a window of when they'd be here. Not only was that accurate, but they arrived 6 minutes into that window. My repair was the replacement of the bracket and Weatherstripping on the garage door. While the gentleman was here replacing that, I asked if he could also program garage door openers and he did with no problem. He went above and beyond to make sure the signal in the remotes would work. He was very professional, honest and trustworthy. He was very efficient too! I'd absolutely recommend this company to anyone who has a garage door! I will definitely be using them in the future for all my garage needs! Thank you all!!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Justin of Economy Garage Doors. Called another company when my garage door was having trouble closing and was told because of the hurricane it would be 6 days before they could help me. Called Economy Garage Doors and 4 hours later Justin was there. Checked and determined it was a cobweb. So I had him do a needed maintenance service and it purrrrs like new. I have a 30 year old Genie opener and when it is time to replace Economy Garage Doors gets my business. Just another reason to do business with a family owned local business.

We had a spring break on a 38 year old door. Our first quote was 12 days before fixing. My neighbor suggested Economy and they gave us a better price and repaired it the next day. Justin arrived at the beginning of the window 10 to 12. He had it fixed in less then an hour. Couldn't be happier and now the door is perfectly balanced. Great job Justin.

Common repair of a broken spring on a 20+ year old garage door. Several neighbors recommended Economy so I gave them a call on a Tuesday afternoon. Tech (Wes) called me Wednesday morning, gave me an ETA that he met, assessed the problem, gave me a quote and had the repair done and door operating better than before in less than an hour. Very professional, prompt and the price was fair. Highly recommend and would use again.

I have had double and single garage doors either non functional or half functional for years. We just delt with it, even trying to fix it ourselves at one point. We got this company as a recommendation and I could not be more pleased. I called Wednesday right at closing and left a message. I got a call back a couple hours later saying they would be by Thursday afternoon. They came, checked it out, quoted us a VERY reasonable price and fixed it all in under 1.5 hours. I am so impressed and will be sharing the information with everyone I know!!!! Thank you.

These folks are absolutely fantastic. I'd gotten several estimates to repair my garage door--one guy immediately talked about taking things apart. Anyway, of the estimates I got, Economy was by far the most economical. Their technician, Wesley, was informative, reassuring and did an excellent job in a very short amount of time. I think the thing that impressed me the most was his letting me know that a couple of things I asked about didn't need to be done at this time. He even checked my garage door opener and replaced a light bulb! THANK YOU Economy!

Wes showed up on time, very polite, very nice, very knowledgeable, but most of all, HONEST. We decided to repair the opener we had and he replaced a large gear inside for us, and it's also warrantied for a year. Unlike a lot of places who warranty 30-90 days. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to friends. WE also asked when he was here if he could replace the keypad outside and it took him about 5 minutes to have it programmed and running . The cost of the keypad was extra but fair. He was on time and very professional. He told us what caused the problem how to prevent the problem. He stated it was very common to have this happen but it can be stopped by paying attention to what is around the door not just right under the door. Services Rendered: Had to have the garage door reset after it hit an object on the side.

Phil called first thing in the morning and said he would be here between 2-4pm. He arrived at 1:55pm. Phil assessed the situation and said that screw drive coupler and up limit switch needed replacement. He went right to work and it was done in under 20 minutes. He sprayed the wheels and hinges, and greased the track too. Excellent service. PaId in cash and received a 10% discount. Services Rendered: Garage door wouldn't go up.

Great! The diagnosis was correct. He replaced the worn out screw drive coupler, greased the track, sprayed the wheels and changed the light bulbs too! Recommended that wheels be serviced maybe next year, not needed at this time. Services Rendered: Analyzed problem and diagnosed worn out screw drive coupler.

Started with a service call that corrected many issues. Was told that the door opener was very old and I should replace it. I opted to wait and see how it does. After a month I was not happy with the noise from the opener. I called Phil back and asked him to schedule a new opener for me. Two days later it was done and I was amazed how smooth and quiet the new opener was. Very professional, honest, timely. Can't say anything negative about Phil or Economy Garage Doors. Sorry, no one gets an excellent when it comes to price....that's just me. BUT, $350 for a garage door opener and great service is hard to beat. Services Rendered: Replaced garage door opener

He was very nice and very pleasant. He was very straight forward on what had to be done. He wasn't there for even a half hour. He assess what had to be done and he did it. He was very reasonably priced. Services Rendered: The rollers were sticking on the garage door. They wouldn't let the door come down. The garage door would float up and lock. He took off all the rollers and fixed it.

We have had a very aggravating garage door opener with many problems. Phil has made several different repairs in the past, but the poor old thing finally gave up. We went back to the company for our replacement because of the prompt and friendly service we have received from him in the past. We weren't disappointed.
