Just spoke to a vicious, swearing, dishonest, etc. woman who claimed her husband owned the company but I could not speak to him -- just wanted an estimate for repair. They were previously at my place May 2021 and I still have the text messages. I never would have called them at anytime but for posted stickers present when I purchased the home in 2019. I will never, never, never have anything to do with this company.

The tech explained to me what caused the problem. He gave me two options how he could fix it, and let me pick the choice to fix it with details estimates. Pleasant young man with knowledge and friendly. Never once he put any pressure on me. Job was done quickly and professionally. Compliment to the company and the tech. Thanks.

Outstanding service. Had another company give an appointment for 10 days out leaving me with no garage door to open mechanically. Called this company and they came 2 hours later and changed the springs on the door.(The other company wanted me to buy a new motor).I highly recommend this company!!

This is the 3rd time I have used Garage Door Pros. They are always, professional, knowledgeable and very polite. Ramon was the best! He gave me all my options and and I picked the one that made the most sense. Installation was quick and Ramon tweaked a few other things before he left. My new garage door is so quiet I barely hear it! Another positive experience with Garage Door Pros!

Randy did a great job resetting our garage door after a small igloo got in the way. The igloo won and does not have a scratch. The garage door didn't do very well but after Randy came to the rescue it works and looks great. Thank you!

Great company. Called and received a call back within minutes. The representative came to the house and explained cost and service. All the steps. When the arrived Jason came in and explained what was happening. Took about to complete the job. When they were done Jason made sure the place was cleaned up. Explained the remotes.

I was really impressed with Aaron's installation of my new Genie garage door, very competent & experienced. Took the time to explain all the features, including the Genie's integrated Wi-Fi setup and Aladdin app, programing the remote and all the built-in safety features. If I ever need any work done relating to my garage door, would not hesitate to use Florida Garage Door Pros again.

Aaron came by and replaced my whole system, springs included. Was extremely professional and fast (about 2 hours). The door is so quite now. He also instructed me on the maintenance for the door. Terribly unprofessional and rude. They claimed we had no warranty and that they didn't serve tampa for a long while. We dug out the receipt which showed the warranty, and that work was done on 8/22 (doesn't sound like a long while to us) and then they said it wasn't under warranty. They belittled and demeaned us for being "renters" and not owners. Truly insane way to treat customers. Wouldn't use again.

This company came to give us a price on the door and told us 3 to 6 weeks. At 11 weeks, they finally showed up. Due to unfortunate circumstances, we found ourselves down at the medical center in Hudson, so we were not here when the door was completed. I was given ultimatums and told that the door would be removed if I was not back within 15 minutes. Just so you know, I was due back in 20 minutes. I asked to be able to inspect the door just like others have done and I was told no. Brandy, lovely receptionist, actually told me "to go F myself" when I put up an argument about having to pay before I got to inspect the finished product. She told me that if I wanted to inspect it before paying the balance, I should've been there, and I told her if it had been installed at 3 to 6 weeks, as promised, I probably would have been there. My neighbors tell me that the installer, Jason, was yelling and screaming and carrying on in my driveway because he had to wait for me. He didn't wait. Whatever happened to treating your customers with respect and compassion? And Brandy, if you're reading this, you should be ashamed of yourself. You didn't seem to care when I asked you what your boss would think of the fact that you told me "to go F myself." Says a lot about you.

my garage screen was not going down all the way the repair was adding 2 pieces of duct tape and resetting the screen at a cost of 150.00 good thing i was military as i got 15.00 off. i just feel this was extremely high price for the service provided. besides that they were on time and answered my call on a sunday and sent someone out the next day which was great. but i would not use them in the future due to the extreme high price of the fix

This business overcharged me for a garage door installation. The unit, a genie 1/2 hp normally sells for $200 plus or minus, this company charged me $600 for the unit and the installation. The $400 is excessive!!! The installation took about 1 1/2 hours or $350 per hour. I reached out to the company and received no response until today. Their response was non responsive to the complaint only an argument. I paid the amount requested $600 in cash. I believe a fair and equitable fee for the install would more closely be no more than $200 that would include the labor and the house/service call. They, the company Garage Door Pros, should reimburse me $200.

I highly recommend Forida Garage Door Pros. My Genie Directlift Garage Door Opener needed maintenance and replacement of some parts. Nick came out on the same day that I called and was very professional,informative, and friendly. He did a great job and my opener is running smooth and much quieter than before, just perfectly! Our garage door opener had seen better days! It just blatantly quit working due to its old age. We called Florida Garage Door Pros who sent a staff out to check things over and give us an estimate. The staff, Justin, found the problems, got the replacement parts and completed the work within days. Justin was efficient, friendly, informative and completed the work in a timely manner. Bonus: this company's prices are reasonable.

Alex was to arrive between 2-4. He was here at 2:05 and fixed the door in no time at all. I have never been happier with a company than this one. On time, friendly yet professional and extremely competent. I hope the door works a long time but if it doesn't, I'll call them and no one else. I was very pleased. We went with the middle of the road bids and it couldn't have gone better. In addition to fixing the garage door he fixed a light and an entry panel as well for free. He gave us an itemized estimate so we know what to expect whatever happens in the repair. I thought the guy was very good, knowledgeable. He was done in a very short time.
