My husband and I bought a house that we'd been gradually remodeling for several years. One of our final projects was having the ugly old white garage doors replaced with more rustic doors that matched the rest of what we'd done to the house. We called Ocala Overhead Doors and spoke to Mark. He came out to our house which is way off the beaten path and showed us our options and gave us estimates. He was very cordial, friendly and professional. He was not the least bit pushy which would have made us hesitant to buy doors from Overhead Doors. Yesterday our doors were installed by Xavier and Jesus. They did a great job removing the old junky doors and installing the new ones. They were also very courteous, friendly, and professional. After they were done installing the doors they made it clear that if we had any questions or issues to feel free to reach out to Overhead Doors so they could resolve any issues or answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend this company.

Tyler replaced the logic board in myQ garage. When Tyler asked me if i needed help with setting the cars and keypad, OMG I replied yes so fast. Tyler did it in minutes. He made it look so easy. Jesus and Brandon came out and diagnosed the problem with my garage door opener. I purchased a new garage door opener and they installed it quickly and professionally. They also performed maintenance on the garage opener supports which needed additional bracing. I will definitely call them again.

Hello my name is Patricia Herrmann. My husband is Thomas Herrmann. My husband contacted Overhead Garage Door company last week to price 2 Garage doors to get electric doors with remote for me. My husband was diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic cancer on July 19th 2023. My husband is an AIR FORCE VETERAN. 25 year law enforcement officer. We were informed August 31, since my husband had gotten blood clots from his ankle to his groin in his right leg, clots in his left calf and some clots moved to his lower lobes of his lungs. Since he has the blood clots he is not a candidate for chemo. So our cancer doctor gave him a month to live and go into Hospice for his final says here at home since it's where he wants to die. Well back to the estimate that my husband received over the phone, we live 2 miles from the business on 14th street. We have a 26X 47 ft garage to 8X10 doors. What my husband asked for was to have the current doors to have electric and a motor installed so it could be opened by remote. OVERHEAD DOOR gave us an estimate for 2 new doors( since our doors were cheap) and couldn't be made to have electric openers. The Company gave us an Estimate of $8000 to put 2 new doors with the openers. You know its pretty bad when a representative of the company can't take the time to drive 2 miles to do an on site estimate. I have thousands of followers on yelp. So I pray that this company hurts with lack of business. All my husband is wanting to do is to get things done here at home to take care of me when he is gone from this earth. We really feel like we are being gouged for this for this simple request.

Update: Christian and Paul came this morning to install my new garbage door, on time, as promised. The new door is beautiful and well made and the installation job was done to perfection. They were careful to not damage any existing structure and left everything clean, even wiping down any handprints and dirt. I am so happy I chose Overhead Door. Christian and Paul, thank you both for a great job. Everyone at the office was amazing and kind. Well done all the way around! When the Springs on my OLD garage door snapped and trapped my car in the garage, I called Mark at the Ocala location. He immediately Christian out to assess and help! Christian was absolutely awesome, although there was no repairing this door due to the age and damage, he made sure I was able to get my car out and then I was given an on-site quote to replace and install a new door. I cannot recommend this company more. This is what customer service is all about and should be. Mark and Christian, thank you so much! I look forward to having my new garages door installed. I could not be more thankful to have called Ocala OverHead Door!

Wow these guys are the best. I called two weeks ago about my door problems. I thought they were the ones that installed the door. However, they were not. They sent two men out the next day, looked at the door having two major problems. One was it was too close to the wall to release door if power was lost. Second going up and down way to fast. The next day a tech came out and ordered a new gear. I use these garages for building cars to help fund the Ronald McDonalds House in Gainesville. Today they fixed everything, when I ask how much I owed them, they said because I do the Ronald McDonalds House, they had no charge. These are true Patriots! They adjusted the door and then two days later a gear broke off. I replaced the gear, but then had to call them back out to adjust the door again. I'm not sure if the gear breaking was a result of the first adjustment, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say it was a part that was about to fail. Services Rendered: Garage door needed adjustment. It not running smooth and reversed automatically at the bottom which was causing it not to stay closed.

It went very fast they knew what they were doing, I am very pleased with their quality work. Services Rendered: Replaced a gear in the operator and corrected a problem caused by another garage door company. He also programed my door opener in my automobile. If I would have called them first I would not have had this problem. They did a great job.
