Google5I had two garage doors installed by a competitor about 5 years ago and one of them was hard to lift. When I installed a 1 hp door opener on that door, which should have been overkill, the opener groaned like it was lifting a ton. The tech at Precision showed up on time and quickly assessed that the door had been installed with a cheaper, weaker spring. They fixed it in less than an hour and now the door opens easily. My garage door opener is happy and I'm very happy. Just a great company.

Google5It's a great product. The new garage door opener is quiet and smooth. It also has a sensor so the light comes on automatically when you enter. The first technician gave a thorough inspection of our entire setup. The 2nd one was friendly, professional and answered all questions. He was thorough. We love our new garage door and app.

Google5I called to schedule my annual preventative maintenance and Precision sent Evan Tucker out, same day, 2 hours after my call. Evan did a thorough check of my garage door, checked all parts, sprayed moving parts and checked balance. Evan was professional, friendly and was finished within a timely manner. I have used Precision for years and have never been disappointed. Quality work, quality employees.

Google5Needed help fixing my door after I reached a point I couldn't get past by myself. I got a same day appointment and Jordan came out. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional on top of being friendly and personable. He looked professional in uniform and was expertly trained. He helped me understand how the different components worked and advised me on maintenance. When it came to the repair, he demonstrated expertise when he did in a couple minutes what would have taken me much longer. The door then opened perfectly. Can't beat fast and right! Jordan made sure everything was safe and operating correctly, and provided a detailed breakdown of what may fail next and what would be worth upgrading sooner rather than later. He gave me estimates for different solutions but there was no pressure. Ultimately I was satisfied with just a functional door again and declined additional work at that time. Jordan didn't push back on my decision. Ultimately I was charged a very reasonable rate. 1000% recommend this company and Jordan and will be calling them when future services become necessary. Jordan deserves what he makes and probably more!

Google5Joel was extremely professional and explained all aspects of the job to me. He looked at my system and informed me of what needed attention gave me the option of what I wanted to have done. He also explained to me the maintenance and warranty as well. Thank you very much Joel for all your insight and help to get my garage door operational for many years to come.i would highly recommend this company and Joel to all my friends and family.

Google5On a Saturday afternoon we discovered our garage door's torsion spring had broken and our garage door could not open even manually. Fortunately, Precision Door Service was open on Saturday and they dispatched a technician by the name of Jordan to our house that afternoon. Jordan was extremely professional and also did a full inspection of our garage door and was very thorough in explaining our options. We never felt like he was pushing us to do additional work. Jordan did a great job in replacing the torsion springs and giving our garage door a tune-up. He even spent part of his Saturday night to get the job done right instead of just rushing to finish early. Our garage door operates more smoothly than ever. Precision Door Service obviously hires very qualified technicians based upon our positive experience. Two thumbs up!!

Google5Precision Doors came out to my house and reviewed my issue with a new garage door opener that I had previously installed. The technician was professional and all the way through the process keep me informed as to what my issue was and what were my options. Upon completion of his analysis, he made sure that I understood the problem and since it was a part still under warranty, he called the manufacture and started the process of ordering the part. Precision Doors did an outstanding job of going the extra mile and did it with expert skillfulness. I was so pleased with the service I had the specialist replace the springs in the system. I am very pleased with the proficiency of the technician and the company.

Google5Excellent response time from start to finish less than 48 hours to rebuild/replace garage door operator system bringing it in to the current decade in terms of functionality. Contacted Precision on 11/16 and the work was completed to satisfaction, job site cleaned and system operational by end of day 11/17. Joel the estimator did an assessment of what we needed variable on repair vs total replacement and due to the fact the property is going to be on the market in the coming year we opted for repair saving over $2000. Chris the technician and his manager who arrived onsite to assist worked as a team non-stop until the job was done. The LiftMaster system has a myQ APP that ties to our existing systems. Would recommend Precision Door Service without hesitation.
