I had a new shop built and needed dimensions for the opening of the door and Mary was so patient with me and explained what the prices were and availability of different sizes. When it came time to order the garage door she went over and beyond to have me taken care of the very next day. A Saturday. The crew came out and was so friendly and professional. They tackled the install quickly. Thank you guys for happily working on a freezing cold Saturday for me.

My spring broke Saturday during the Memorial Day weekend. I called one company and had an Appointment for 4 pm on Tuesday. When they didn't arrive and put me off to the next day, I called Alpha late Tuesday afternoon. Alpha arrived within 2 hours and replaced my spring. They even called to let me know the repairman was close. I will use this company for now on. Excellent customer service.

It's not fun when your car gets stuck in your garage due to spring breakage. We had both springs go on our door and got great clear communication from the office/scheduler and great fast, efficient, friendly service from the techs that arrived and repaired the door all within a couple hours from the first call!

Fast and great work. Fair prices. I had an accident with my door and though would be necessary to buy a new one. Mr. Chuck could fix it and now the door works perfectly again. Highly recommend!

Great experience. Mary was very helpful and able to get a technician out the same day. The techs were on time and very efficient. I was impressed with how fast they were able to replace the broken spring. I would definitely recommend them.

Great experience! Friendly customer service. Chuck was the tech that came to repair our door and was very good, explained everything and was very nice. Got the work done quickly and for a reasonable price. Very happy with the finished work. They even came a day earlier than our scheduled appointment! Highly recommend!

Alpha was recommended by a co-worker and I contacted them to replace a broken garage door spring at my house. They were friendly to deal with and prompt to come out and repair my garage door at a VERY reasonable price. I recommend them!

They were good and my experience with them was good. Everything was good. They were quiet on the phone and they showed up when they said they would and they did the job. There was no big surprise or anything. They did what they said they would do and the price was reasonable. All those door places are expensive anyway and they went out of line. Awesome experience with Alpha Overhead doors!!!! Friendly, hard working. I called to have them come and look at our garage door, thinking I needed a new one. He came by and told me he could fix what I had, and could even do it that very minute.... although that wasn't necessary, WOW, what customer service!!!! They have fixed our garage door, in a about 20 min.!!!! He always had a smile, and I will most definitely be recommending them to everyone I know!!!!! A++++++
