Fantastic experience with this wonderful company. Spoke to Jeff Nelson at about 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday 9/5/17, and he was super kind and friendly, and said he'd get someone out ASAP. I was very pleasantly surprised when at 1 p.m. Robert called to tell me he was on his way. He was at my house by about 1:15. He could have easily told me I would have to replace the broken wooden garage door, but instead he did a great repair on the door, he re-installed the sensors, and tightened the hardware on the door itself. He worked for at least 1.5 hours, if not 2 hours. He was the most professional, yet super friendly and respectful technician I have ever dealt with for any issue! And the fee I was charged was way more than reasonable. I just cannot say enough about how relieved and pleased I was with this experience! This company is an asset to Midland!
