Sawyer was quick and thorough. Would recommend. Seeing as they were the only ones that would respond to my request for a bid, they got my business. Hate spending money on a stupid garage door, but if I had to spend it, they did a great job. The door is fixed and much quieter now. Happy wife, happy life.

Technicians Seth and Nick are outstanding. They showed up on time and finished in far less time than estimated. They gave me a full rundown on all the features and mechanisms after the installation and answered all of my questions. Left my garage clean and the way they found it, and were very courteous and professional. I'd highly recommend A Plus Garage Doors. Glad I chose them!

This company was the first company we had come look at our garage. We didn't feel like we needed a second opinion after reviewing our garage options with Kolby. He was very experienced and knowledgeable. He explained everything in depth and in a way I could understand which was very nice seeming I know nothing about garages. He wasn't pushy at all and let me know all my options and their cost and didn't seem annoyed when I didn't choose the most expensive option. He offered to do the repairs/replacements right then and there and it didn't take him long. We hadn't had a functioning garage for awhile and it was nice not having to wait even longer to have it repaired. The job he did was amazing! He walked me through all the changes and the new opener system and was even going to help me set my car to open the garage door if it had that capability. I would recommend this company, and especially Kolby, to family and friends.

Our door stopped working so we called these guys. The person they sent was an iPad-toting salesman who tried to pressure my wife into replacing our entire system for $4000+. We ended up calling a different company and their technician re-tensioned our springs for under $100 and was in and out of our house in less time than the salesman. The door works great now. Update: A-plus reached out and refunded the service fee, which I thought was pretty nice.

There is a reason they have such high ratings. I had one of the door springs break and gave A Plus a call. They were so polite right from the start. They were able to get a tech out quickly. Riley was our tech and right from the start was very professional. After his inspection it was found that I also needed some other repairs that was putting strain on the springs and motor. He put together 3 options of good better and best. He did not try to sell and be pushy with all sort non essential repairs and let me as the customer have the choice of what I wanted fixed. I selected the option I wanted and he got to work. While he was fixing the rollers it was discovered that he only had the higher end rollers on his truck. He told me he would not charge the higher amount because it was on him that he did not have the ones I selected on his truck. He was able to make all the repairs quickly and at the price I selected. Great service at competitive prices. I highly recommend A plus for repairs.

Great experience with A Plus Garage Door Repair! Cameron was very professional, kind, and walked me through programming my new code for the door. Prior to beginning & after finishing up, he gave me the space to ask questions. He also did a nice job ensuring the garage was just as clean as when he started the work. Definitely feel much more comfortable & secure with a new, working garage door.

Kolby was awesome. He called right at the beginning of our appointment window and was here 15 minutes after the call. He did our inspection on our broken spring quick, gave us an estimate, and the door was fixed in two hours! Would highly recommend. Quick, friendly, and excellent service.

My old door broke and it was time to get a new one. They gave me a good deal, we're able to install it quickly and the tech that did the actual installation was friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. Great service!

Tyson and Blake installed two new garage door systems and openers. They were very transparent with all the work and information. They got the job done fast and didn't leave any mess behind.
