These guys were great. The owner, Tommy, answered my initial call after hours and scheduled an appointment to meet me first thing the next morning. After constantly being tried to be upsold by a couple other installers in the area for equipment we didn't need, Tommy came with an honest, refreshing solution that met our needs and more importantly our budget. The door and opener were ordered pretty quickly and installation was scheduled within about a day of delivery to their shop. Their installation crew were courteous, informative and diligent. I can't recommend them enough - it was a smooth experience!

Had a spring break first thing in the morning. Called Garage Door Utah and Chase answered the phone. He came out within an hour of calling. Found out that a gear completely broke. He replaced the spring and the gear. He did amazing. Chase was so helpful and super nice. Price was definitely reasonable. We'll definitely call Chase again if we have any more problems with our garage door.

Garage Door Utah, without a doubt, is one of the best in the business! I left a message for Tommy on Sunday evening, and there was a crew at my doorstep Monday at 0830 hours. His crew - Brady and Connor, were very courteous, professional and did a fabulous job. Five stars!
When our garage door springs broke, I googled garage door repair and called three people. One upon hearing that our door was a heavy carriage door with extra large springs, quoted the springs at $650 apiece. Each door has two screens so I've been over $2000. the second didn't get back to me, but the third call was magic. Tommy answered the phone personally as the owner and I had someone out that day to inspect the damage. They quoted the springs between 250 and 280 apiece and then with labor we were out the door for just over $1100. They came immediately, they ordered the special order springs, and the day they arrived they called, showed up within 30 minutes and had the doors fixed within the hour. They were professional, knowledgeable, and I felt that they were very honest. Not only will we use them again when another one of our doors wear out, but I will tell all my friends. That's how much we enjoyed working with garage door Utah. Thank you to repair man Connor. And his helper and to Tommy for running a first class business.
These guys are the best. Tom and his crew listened to my concerns about my garage door, gave me options, and did a great job with repairs on my existing doors. Affordable with great expertise. Who could ask for more? Definitely the best garage door company in Northern Utah.
