Shane was very helpful and pleasant. His expertise in checking my setup in a newly-purchased home lead to no expenses. I appreciate that he didn't add unneeded repairs and let me know what to expect on the remaining lifespan of the existing system.
We were extremely happy with the service we received and in such a timely fashion. Our technician was out and had the door fixed within a few hours. He also answered all my questions and was very respectful and friendly. We definitely recommend this company.
Affordable Door really came through for me. This morning I walked out to open the garage only to find it won't budge. My car is trapped, I'm going nowhere today, it seems. So I whip out Google and search for a reputable professional garage door repair person. (I'll be honest, I didn't realize there was a whole profession for that before today.) After realizing Affordable Door had actual people reviewing them (I ran into a lot of companies with suspicious reviews) I gave affordable Door a call. They were thankfully able to schedule me that same morning. As home owning woman I'm always a bit skeptical of repair workers as I have gotten up charged in the past. When I heard $850 for a spring replacement I was a bit skeptical. I woke u my best friend and we talked with the repairman about the cost justification. They were very nice about it, showed the price from the manufacturer, and explained what they were doing as they repaired. They also went into detail about the upcharge due to hail issues and a lot of people replacing their garage door while replacing roofs. Yeah, checks out, and they were very pleasant as they explained it all, not mad or short with us or anything. They were done within the hour, I highly recommend them to anyone also unable to get out of their garage for work. I really wish I remembered his name so I could shout him out, but alas I am horrible with names. I am sorry Mr.repairman, I have failed you.
Brian is very professional and thorough. He called prior to his arrival and gave an inspection immediately telling us the total cost of service. Our opener was over 20 years old and needed to be replaced. Installation was tricky due to being in an older garage with low ceiling. He tackled the challenge and finished the task with flying colors. Even hauled away our old opener. Highly recommend having Brian do your service anytime you have garage door issues. 5 stars!
EDIT: Change of ownership in the company, hopefully the same mentality and quality I described is there. Haven't needed work done since original work. Clean Legit Work, had an opener installed today while I was at work, they had an opening made the call to reschedule an earlier time if I was available; we were they were on time and polite. Thoroughly went over the door and corrected past company mistakes, touched up wear and tear. A clean install with a nice non-damaged product; owner is a good guy very reasonable and desires to help others gave me a good deal on a slightly used unit. He did not lie great deal and the unit is top notch. CLEAN NICE AND STRAIGHT WIRES. KEYPAD IS LEVEL. DOOR BUTTON A LITTLE OFF KILTER THO. The company is always pleasant to deal with and very sweet people from the lady who handles the books to the install techs; got all good reports from the family that delt with techs while I was at work. Good experience, good company. Call them.
I had a great experience with Affordable Door. They were able to get someone out to our house within a couple of hours of my initial call. Our technician was very knowable and took time to explain the issue and necessary repair. They were also very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Affordable Door for their professionalism, expertise, and fair pricing.
Affordable was able to get out same day. Bryan did the normal maintenance and did a great job! And was quick. He explained everything to me and even gave me some great advice to help my garage door hopefully last longer! I will use them again!
It was a Painless and enjoyable experience with Bryan. He made the process simple and his suggestions were spot on with colors and material. I called two other companies trying to get a quote for a new garage door and all I got was crickets, affordable had Bryan call me back within a hour!!! Price was fair and we will be getting our new door same day now that's service.
Repaired my door quickly and came out the same day and replaced my opener it is so quiet I can not hear it even standing underneath it. I called on a Thursday and they were able to schedule me the next day at my convenience. he was in the neighborhood so he called and asked if he could come early. I appreciated the call first. He was very friendly and told me that my opener needed some adjustment. He stated he would also perform maintenance on my rails. He told me the costup front and it was within the amount we expected to pay. Will likely use when my unit needs replaced. Services Rendered: Our garage door started getting stuck when opening.
I did not hire Affordable Door because the garage door I needed to ask questions about was in another state. It was frustrating due to time zone differences and the only person I could speak to was a lady in the office that was not the technician. I did not know if the entire door had to be replaced and if it was even possible to repair. So, I thought I would give it a shot to call a garage company in Oklahoma. And, Kevin with Affordable Door took the time to review the pictures and contact me and explaining whether I needed the garage door to be replaced and or if it could be fixed. And exactly how he said how he would fix it is exactly how the other garage company 2,000 miles away made the repair as to Kevin's guidance of the parts that were needed. He did not need to help but he choose to help. This is very rare quality to find these days. And should I need Affordable Door's services and or know of anyone that does, I would definitely use Affordable Door and or refer others to Affordable Door. Thanks, again, Kevin! They were friendly and did a great job installing the opener. It was a hot day and they worked in the garage in the afternoon with a fan and within a short amount of time, they were finished. We tested the opener several times, paid the bill which was reasonable and the opener still works today. Services Rendered: Install a new garage door opener
