The guys were prompt returned my call and came right out to see what I needed. When my door came it they set the appointment and removed my old 7' door and installed my 8' door the same day. I love the side mount garage door opener and the app for opening and closing with the alerts if I leave the door open by accident.
They responded quickly to my inquiry. Came out the next business day and fixed my garage door better than I expected. I thought I would need a new door, but they were able to fix the damage. Great company with excellent customer service and good prices.
Many of us know the angst of moving into a new [to me] home includes the necessity of changing access codes to the garage door remotes. When the technicians arrived, I mentioned that the overhead garage door didn't always close smoothly. The technicians quickly changed the access codes and inspected the overhead door and all associated hardware. The technician then explained to me what the problem was and gave me options for repair. He followed up with an email and text message that provided a detailed summary of the problem and the costs for each repair option. After we agreed on a repair option, the technicians' returned to make the repairs. The technicians working on the door were professional, arrived on-time, and courteous. I would highly recommend Capital Overhead Doors and Gates.

And he & his understudy ( sorry, I can't remember names very well) did an awesome job! So happy to have met them & would highly recommend this company to repair or replace anyones garage doors. I found Capital Overhead Doors on Angi and received a call and quote from them the same day. They worked with me and gave me multiple bids based on my requirements. They were open to answering all my questions and responded to messages in a timely manner. After I approved their quote, they came out and did a site survey to make sure everything was good to go. They came out, did the work they said they were going to do, and made everything look nice. Their prices are very reasonable; I got quotes from 5 other companies before deciding on this one.
The folks with Capital Overhead Doors & Gates were upfront with the pricing and offered multiple repair options. We opted for a whole new door. Great communication with their arrival times for initial inspection of the door and the installation of the new one; and they arrived when they said they would. Very professional, quality work, excellent cleanup. Highly recommended.

Nothing was pushed on us. We could have gotten by with patching our old motor, springs, rollers, etc., but we opted to have a new motor installed. We would recommend this company to others.
