I called Doortec for a broken spring. Javier was the technitian sent to our house. Javier was professional, worked efficiently, and made our problem go away. I would definitely recommend Doortec and Javier to anyone needing garage door service.

I called Doortec because I had a broken spring. Javier, the technician they sent, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He replaced the spring assembly and both springs, adjusted the door and explained everything as he went along. The total time to complete the repair was around 30 minutes and I have my garage door back again.

The garage door was making a loud noise when opening and closing. Javier showed up on time and when I raised the garage door he immediately told me the problem. Not his first rodeo! Javier had the garage door fixed and running smooth in 20 minutes. My business will always stay with Doortec!

Thank goodness for DoorTec and Javier in Edmond, OK. Yesterday The cable on my garage door got unwound and the door stuck open. I was in a panic as we are leaving town and another artic storm & freezing rain on the way! Javier came and and he was wonderful! Very prompt, extremely friendly & helpful. He explained what happened, how he was going to fix it and also offered helpful maintenance hints. He had the door back working in no time!! Thank you for being my go to guy Javier & DoorTec!. DOORTEC had repaired my garage door in 2021, and I was so impressed at that time, that I jotted down the technician's name, Javier. This afternoon I had many errands to do, and when I went to open my garage door, it became clear that I had a major problem, as it would not open. I immediately called DOORTEC, explained my situation, and asked if Javier was still employed at DOORTEC, as I'd prefer to have someone who previously had worked on our garage door. I was amazed that the lady said they would try to reach Javier to see if he could fit me in, between his scheduled appointments, as he would be near my neighborhood. Within 5 minutes Javier called to ask if he could stop by and take a look at my door, and within the hour had quickly repaired it for me, just before his next scheduled appointment. As in 2021, Javier was respectful, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and pointed out what was wrong, then quickly made the necessary repairs. I was thrilled that I didn't have to buy a new door, that DOORTEC was so responsive to my situation, and that Javier had made time in his extremely busy schedule to come by, and to quickly make the repairs. Additionally, my repair charges have always been reasonable and understandable with no surprises. I can't say enough about DOORTEC and their customer service regarding their office staff and their technician, Javier. Add their expertise and knowledge, and one can find no better garage door business. Therfore, I highly recommend DOORTEC, and in particular, Javier.

Javier called me almost two hours before my appointment since he was close by. I thought my repair may include a new lower panel since a hinge had broken. He happened to have a bracket for the repair & a new hinge! I'm grateful for the service, lower cost repair & his timely phone call to move it up earlier in the day. Great job DOORTEC & Javier!

I'm really happy with my experience with DOORTEC. I went to leave my house today and my garage door would not close and was sitting crooked in the tracks. I called and the guy on the phone was extremely friendly and accommodating, and was able to fit me in the same day. He told me someone would be at my house between 1-3 (this is at noon, mind you) and Javier showed up early. He was very friendly and was super fast to diagnose and fix the problem, with everything all said and done in under half an hour. I was so impressed with their speed and service. I will be using them in the future if/when my garage door acts up again. Thank you so much!

We scheduled a quote for a repair or replacement on our Genie garage door opener that had stopped working. The opener came with the house about 13 years ago, so we knew a replacement might be our best option. Javier came out and informed us of the replacement cost for a newer Genie model, which was reasonable and less than other quotes we had gotten. He had the replacement model on him, so he knocked it out in maybe 30-45 minutes and lubed the tracks, chain, etc. so the door could run more smoothly. Everything appears to have been done seamlessly and Javier was very cordial. I would definitely recommend Doortec to others.

When I called to make an appointment, the gentleman I spoke with was very helpful. He also made sure he understood what I wanted and provided the cost up front. My technician Javier called before coming at the very beginning of my appointment window. He installed everything in good time, cleaned up, and explained how to use my new openers. It was such a relief to have everything taken care of so easily. I have used Doortec for different little things over the years and have always been very satisfied.

I purchased a beautiful overhead garage door for my home from ****** on 111 ****** in *************. Approximately six weeks the door came in and ***** scheduled the installation. The installers I thought did a good job...After the installers left, I noticed the rubber seal on the bottom of the door was not sealing properly. and the connection from the door to the garage door opener was cockeyed. I then called ***** and reported that to him and also sent him three photos w/my concerns. I waited approximately a week and I never heard from anybody at Doortec. I was so concerned about the integrity/functioning of that large door I called another company to make the necessary adjustments. As of this date, I never heard from *****/Doortec. If you need a door, this is a good place to buy one If you need service they can't help you.

I was told that the door frame needed to be lowered for a shorter door to be installed. Another appointment was made for a carpenter to come out to give me an additional estimate for the door frame. Once I got the two estimates, I called Doortec to schedule the repair. Jason arranged to have the contractor reframed the door first and the garage door crew performed the door installation afterwards. The job was performed when I was at work. Overall, I am satisfied with the work performed. I do wish that the crew had swept the area to collect screws and nuts on the floor; I don't want to have a flat tire. I did not get another estimate for the repair because I trust that Doortec is a fair merchant. I base this assumption on the reviews I read on Angie's list. Services Rendered: The garage door was not able to close because the ceiling rail was catching. I called Doortec that morning and a technician came out within the time frame of the appointment. I was told that the ceiling was too low for the garage door installed. The door did not have enough clearance. It was not the first time the garage door needed repair. I decided to solve the problem once and for all this time.
