Jerry and his son arrived on time and did everything I asked of them. They were friendly and respectful. I had specific requests (model if opener and moving the old opener ti the shop). They were happy ti do it and were finished in no time. They also made sure I knew how ti operate the remotes and the camera before they left.

At 7 this morning the brackets on my garage door opener ripped out of the wall. I called On Track around 7:30. It is now 9:00, problem solved. Very friendly, very efficient and very resonable prices. Can't say enough about how pleased I am with this service call.

Garage door spring broke yesterday. Called them and left them a message and they responded fairly quickly. Jerry care of our door as soon as he could, which I thought would be today sometime late. Nope. Had had the springs installed in maybe 20 minutes. Answered all my questions, gave me fair advice, and informed me more about my garage door. Never once up-selled. Definitely my go-to!

Very responsive and quick service. They didn't try to upsell me and made adjustments to my existing equipment rather than install new equipment. They even fixed an issue with the belt drive mounting that I didn't originally ask about. Will definitely use On Track if I have any issues with my garage door in the future.

Called on track after dealing with another company who tried to upsell so much they weren't even focused on what the problem could be. After speaking with on track, they were very friendly and focused on listening to what the problem was. I mentioned the belt was worn out and they suggested I warranty the belt. Took 3 1/2 weeks due to some shipping problem and had to manually open the door until the belt came in. Contacted them and they came out next day, did what needed to be done to fix it, and I could not be happier. Absolutely the company to use for garage doors. Thank you for your help!

Jerry came out and replaced the spring on our garage door recently. I called around and got quoted multiple prices from other places. On Track was the best price and the friendliest. I'll would highly recommend them and will use them from now on with any garage door needs.

Very fast response. Called to get a second opinion on garage repair. Was able to speak to someone right away about the situation. They came out within 2 hours. Much cheaper than their competitors. Their competition recommended full replacement since the cost of the parts and labor would end up close to being the same. This company didn't think that was necessary and was able to repair the problem easy at a fraction of the cost. They guarantee their work for 30 days. They were professional, quick and felt like honest hardworking people.

Great company! They communicated well. The knowledge they have is spot on. They showed up on time and had my old garage doors fixed and working in no time at all. Our issues were busted cables on one door, missing rollers, old automatic openers we weren't sure even worked, missing sensors on the other door. When they left our house, both doors worked great and we can even use the automatic openers that were there. For context, we just bought this house and the doors were not working.
