Google5These guys are awesome! They got me on their schedule right away bc my door was stuck open. What was supposed to be a simple fix turned into a whole lot more. They basically reinstalled my entire garage door unit so it worked properly so I wouldn't have this issue again. They could have came in, fixed the problem at Hand and then I would have been right back where I was on a couple months or probably less. Very grateful for their expertise and the time they took to help me. The pricing was beyond reasonable for what they did for me!! Absolutely would recommend this company. Honest, hardworking people!

Google5Mike came out, reviewed what needed to be fixed, and was able to take care of it on the same day. The repair that I had done was not only super reasonable, but the service he completed was able to make the my garage door & tracking last until I was able to have it replaced over a year later. I called on Mike when it was time to do the replacement and was happy to receive the same excellent service. I have been very happy with my new door and wouldn't hesitate to call on Black Hills Garage Doors for future services. Thank you!!

Google5Bought our first home and the garage door wouldn't open. Called and told them what was going on. That day Mike came out to look and told me we needed a new spring and for it to be converted. A week later he came out and replaced in within an hour, lubed it up and changed the cables at no extra cost!!!! Very fast, friendly, reliable and great priced service! Would highly recommend!

Google5We got off to a bit of a shaky start, but that soon leveled off and it was good to go from then on. We were in a hurry when we got the funds from the insurance company what with Rally goers arriving and listing our house for sale so we were put at the top of the list when the shipment arrived. It all got done before we listed the house even before the rally goers arrived. Good work.

Google5Mike and company did an awesome job installing 2 doors with windows and tight to the ceiling jack shaft motors, on time, on budget, exceeding all expections and plenty of after sale support, including exterior touch pad and smart phone entry technology. Our older commercial building needed to have a lot done before winter and they promised and they delivered!!! Mike even found a buyer for the old doors. Jean and Bob @ Rapid City Auto, are super happy!!

Google5Mike with Black hills garage doors came out the same day I called and replaced my torsion springs for half the cost of the competitor's. He even replaced my broken garage door opener and did other things that I didn't even know was wrong with the door/track. He still kept the same quote he gave me over the phone! I recommend this company for any garage door repairs or total replacement. Thanks again Mike!

Google5I was looking for garage doors in the Rapid city area about a year ago and decided to go through black hills garage doors after a freinds recommendation. After the installation I first noticed that the trim and fit of door was much better than my previous door and after the first winter I noticed a huge drop in the heat bill because my garage and house are connected.
