Google5I had the spring break on my double door and I called first thing in the morning and within a few hours a serviceman had installed the new spring and I was good to go. Truly impressive to have same day service and everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous. Thank you M&P, appreciate your excellent customer service.

Google5We had two old garage door openers that were loud and clunky. M&P returned our call within 24 hours, were up for an estimate in another day, and were able to install the day after. Cost was very reasonable and exactly in line with the given estimate, no hidden fees. Ben was our installer and was a total pro. The doors are much quieter and safer now, and they open up super smooth! Definitely recommend M&P for any garage door services.

Google5I am a commercial customer and have used M&P Garage Doors for close to 10 years. I have 4 huge doors in a warehouse and M&P keeps them working smoothly. They are experts at their trade and have never let me down. I have even used them personally to repair my garage door at home. I am very happy to recommend them to anyone that wants fast friendly service from an excellent local garage door business.

Google5After reading the reviews I thought "They are just too good to be true". But that isn't the case! Called early one day as our garage door opener died, and spoke to the owner, Damon, and later that day Ricky showed up and gave us an estimate. No appointment time was set, but as the next day was a Friday, end of a work week, I thought Monday. But to my total Surprise Ricky called me Friday morning and wanted to know if we were available! Heck yes!!!! Work was done quickly by Ricky and Joe. Remote was explained. Work area cleaned, and in a little over 30 minutes a new garage door opener was installed and working! One happy customer here! I can't say enough about this company! Thank you!

Google5Excellent, Excellent- my garage door sort of destroyed itself this morning. M&P Garage Door sent two service persons, Joe and Chris over by 8:00 AM, before they went to a scheduled project and they replaced roller brackets, re-installed rollers and made the door funntional. Excellent- Very satisfied and greatful.

Google5MNP garage door has excellent customer service! Friday my garage door would not open. I called MNP and within 2 hours Damon returned my call, scheduled a Monday morning appointment, discovered my door was out of alignment. MNP schedule Tuesday for installers, Ben and his partner to repair in less than an hour my door was aligned and working. The price was fair and the service and professionalism are awesome .

Google5Damon was prompt, professional and his crew headed up by Ben was amazing. They ran into a couple "glitches" during installing and resolved them super fast! Ben was also very thorough and explained to me everything about how to work my garage door opener. It's hard to find honest and knowledgeable people these days. Thank you...HIGHLY recommend!!

Google5From the initial measurement and estimate visit, to the repairs and installation, every one of the employees I came in contact with was so friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to do whatever needed to be done. One of our vehicles hit the garage door before it was completely open, and it caused some minor damage. The door kept coming out of the track due to the bent side rails and wheels. Not only did they repair and replace what was required, but they discovered another issue that could fail in the future and attended to that as well. The entire process was taken care of with ease and respect to us and our property. I was impressed by their polite and courteous manners. The door is now restored to full working condition. I would definitely recommend Damon and his team 100%!
