They may or maybe not be the cheapest, but their knowledge and customer service is excellent. I am impressed as the service technician showed up on time and knew exactly what to do (20 years of experience). They had to order a custom part and it was in stock that week and they had scheduled it for installation the next day. Showed up at the time agreed and had the door repaired in under an hour. Took great care to balance the door and greased the whole thing. Highly recommend them. Thank you for the service.

Very easy company to do business with and I recommend them. Bozena was very nice, professional, and made great suggestions for both aesthetics and cost savings. The delivery was on-time and happened without a hitch. And our new door is very nice!

So I tried to service my own garage doors. It didn't go well; I got in trouble with the spring, decided it was too dangerous, and called Olympic to come and bail me out. They were kind, and professional, and very reasonable. I recommend them.

They came on time, did a full garage door service and explained many things to us that will be helpful for future maintenance on our own. They know their stuff and I would recommend them to others on the Olympic Peninsula. Seems like a stand up outfit and experienced in their work.

Olympic sold us a great garage door. It frequently gets compliments - how often can you say that about your garage door? Had them come out to do a service check recently and continued to get great service. BTW - don't try to service your own door - you don't have enough health insurance.

I got a new garage door opener recently. I just paid the bill over the phone, which was a smooth process. The gentleman who came to give me an estimate was very informative and friendly, and facilitated the scheduling of the installment of my new opener. He told me all of my options, but didn't try to get me to purchase a more expensive opener or a new door. He said that I didn't really need all the bells and whistles from the information I gave him. The gentleman who installed it was efficient and friendly, and he also oiled the spring on the door while he was here. He showed me the features that the new setup has to offer, and didn't treat me like I was dumb at all. My bill after tax came to under $475. I love my new much quieter garage door opener. Really really expensive I cannot comment on the job Olympic Garage Door does. I had their rep come out and give me an estimate to install a garage door opener on a single garage door. The estimate was $1500.00 Plus. As is typical, I had another service provider provide a bid for the same work. Their bid was 1/5th the price the OGD quoted me. I went with the second company and my happy with the work. The installed a wireless garage door that I can open in close with a traditional garage door opener or an app on my phone.

The door received a new and very much superior spring. They were here and finished very quickly, They truly are the best with knowledge and skills. $4 Services Rendered: My garage door failed to open. Apparently, the spring that raises and lowers the door failed.

Receptionist was friendly and scheduled work at my convenience. Repairman was friendly and professional. Did an overall inspection. Went over everything before work was completed. Provided a detailed invoice / receipt of work completed and charges. I would definitely use them again. Services Rendered: Replaced springs, pully wheel and bearings. Also performed some maintenance.
